To connect to WooCommerce, simply click on your company name in the top right corner, then select Settings.
In the Settings menu, scroll down and select Integrations.
Click on Add + in the top right corner.
The Add Integration page will show. Click on the WooCommerce (Woo) icon.
The Connect to WooCommerce form should appear.
In the Store URL field, add the URL of the WooCommerce store you would like to connect to, then click CONNECT.
After returning to Supply'd the WooCommerce Settings screen should appear.
If it doesn't appear, click on your name in the top right corner, select Settings, scroll to Integrations and select WooCommerce from the Integrations list. You can also follow these steps if you need to make changes to the settings at a later date.
A reference name for this integration.
Toggle on to sync orders from WooCommerce to Supply'd and complete the fields as follows :
An optional prefix for order numbers imported from this integration.
When to mark orders as completed in WooCommerce. Select from the drop-down menu.
What orders would you like to sync from WooCommerce. Select from the drop-down menu.
This is first date you would like orders to be synced from.
Would you like to reduce Supply'd inventory when orders are imported, and which orders status is used to reduce inventory. We recommend to only reduce inventory for "Processing" orders. Select from the drop-down menu.
Whether or not to reduce stock on hand on import. By default (No) available stock will be reduced on import then on hand stock will be reduced when the order is picked. If you're not utilising pick & pack within Supply'd set this to Yes. Select Yes or No from the drop-down menu.
The SKU in WooCommerce is used to match products in Supply'd. Choose what field to use in Supply'd to match products. Select SKU or Barcode from the drop-down menu.
Which warehouse would you like to make available for WooCommerce inventory. This warehouse is also used for mapping orders for pick & pack. Select from the drop-down.
Advanced mapping allows you to set-up advanced mapping rules to define specific actions based on order information. These actions will run once at the time of import if all the conditions defined in a rule set are met.
To add a Rule, click Add Rule Set. Select your desired conditions from the drop-downs. You can add a condition by clicking Add Condition. Select your desired Actions from the drop-downs. You can add an action by clicking Add Action.
Repeat as required.
Toggle on to sync inventory from Supply'd to WooCommerce.
Which warehouse would you like to make available for WooCommerce inventory. Select from the drop-down.
The SKU in WooCommerce is used to match products in Supply'd. Choose which field to use in Supply'd to match products. Select SKU or Barcode from the drop-down.
How would you like Supply'd to handle products that are set as "Manage Stock" in WooCommerce. Select one of the following from the drop-down.
Use Supply'd Setting: Will update the product to match Supply'd manage stock setting.
Set as In Stock or Out of Stock: Will keep manage stock set to no, but will set as In Stock or Out of Stock based on the availability in Supply'd.
Ignore Product: Product will be ignored and inventory/status will not be synced.
Toggle on to sync products added in Supply'd to WooCommerce automatically. You can select which products to sync when editing each product in Supply'd.
The SKU in WooCommerce is used to match products in Supply'd. Choose which field to use in Supply'd to match products.
Where to map tax for products that attract GST.
The format to use when sending product names to WooCommerce. Uses out templating language, see docs for more details. Some common options are:
{{brand}}: Products brand name.
{{name}}: Products name.
{{size_unit}}: Products size (e.g. "100" for a product that is 100g).
{{size_measure)}: Products size measurement in short form (e.g. "g" for grams).
{{carton_qty}}: The quantity per carton (e.g. "8" for 8 per carton, "1" for items sold by unit).

Clicking the 3 dots in top right corner of the WooCommerce Settings page brings up an additional menu.
This will delete all existing orders then begin the full import again.
You will be asked to confirm.
If you like to disconnect from WooCommerce, you can do so by clicking on your company name in the top right corner, selecting Settings, then Integrations. Select WooCommerce from the Integrations list. Click on the 3 dots in the top right corner and select Remove Integration.
You will be asked to confirm.
Click the button to add the QuickBooks integration.
Allows you to remove the WooCommerce integration. See below.
