gratipayFavourites (Supply'd Lite)

Favourites in Supply’d Lite let you quickly reorder your most-used products, saving time and reducing mistakes.

Favourites in Supply’d Lite makes reordering fast and easy by allowing you to save frequently ordered products in one place. Instead of searching for the same items each time, you can quickly access and add them to your cart from your Favourites list.

This document will guide you through:

The Favourites Page

When you click on Favourites in the main menu, you'll see a list of products with photos (if added during product setup) and prices, grouped by supplier.

Products ordered from suppliers are automatically added to Favourites, making them easy to find and reorder.

1

2

Click and drag the 3 lines next to a supplier to move them.

For example, if you often order from D'alias Fresh Produce, drag it to the top for quicker access.

Adding Products to Orders from Favourites

To re-order any product on your Favourites list, simply add the number you would like to order using "+" to add them to your order.

If the number is large, click and hold the "0" until it changes, then type the number and click the tick to confirm.

👉 See the Ordering (Supply'd Lite) document for details on reviewing the order and completing checkout.

This button stays greyed out and inactive until at least one product is selected. After selecting products, the button turns green and becomes clickable.

Bulk Edit

Opens the Bulk Edit form, allowing you to update multiple selected products at once. This is useful for making the same changes - such as price, supplier, category, or size - across a number of items, saving time and reducing errors.

For example, if all the chocolate unicorns were now gluten and dairy-free we could add those tags to them all using the Tags field in Bulk Edit form or if their size changed we could change that in the Size field.
