Ordermentum

Integrating Ordermentum with Supply'd streamlines ordering and inventory management, syncing real-time stock updates and automating order processes.

Connect to Ordermentum

Click on your company name in the top right then select Settings.

In the Settings menu, scroll down and select Integrations.

Click on Add + in the top right-hand corner.

The Add Integration page will show. Click on the Ordermentum icon.

The Ordermentum Settings page will appear.

If you need to go back to this page at any stage or you need to make changes to the settings at a later date, click on your name in the top right corner, select Settings, scroll to Integrations and select Ordermentum from the Integrations list.


Ordermentum Settings

Complete the fields as follows:

Integration Name* [required]

A reference name for this integration.

Supplier ID* [required]

The supplier ID provided by Ordermentum to connect with your Ordermentum account.

Username* [required]

The username provided by Ordermentum to connect with your Ordermentum account.

Password* [required]

The password provided by Ordermentum to connect with your Ordermentum account.


Sync Orders

Toggle on to sync orders from Ordermentum to Supply'd.

Order Number Prefix

An optional prefix for order numbers imported from this integration.

Pick Location* [required]

The location where orders will be picked from in Supply'd. Select from the drop-down.

Sync Orders

What orders would you like to sync from Ordermentum. Select All Orders or All Orders Since Date from the drop-down. When All Orders Since Date is selected, an additional field will appear.

Order Sync Start Date

Select the month, year and date from the calendar. (This field will only show when All Orders Since Date is selected.)

Map To Shipping Rules

Whether or not to try and map orders to a matching Supply'd shipping zone/rule. This will not replace the imported shipping price and but will adopt the name, and some of the settings from the first matching shipping zone/rule.


Advanced Mapping

Set-up advanced mapping rules to define specific actions based on order information. These actions will run once at the time of import if all the conditions defined in a rule set are met.

To add a Rule, click Add Rule Set. Select your desired conditions from the drop-downs. You can add a condition by clicking Add Condition. Select your desired Actions from the drop-downs. You can add an action by clicking Add Action.

Repeat as required.


Sync Inventory?

Toggle on to sync inventory from Supply'd to Ordermentum.

Pick Location* [required]

The location where orders will be picked from in Supply'd. Select from the drop-down.


Sync Products

Toggle on to sync products added in Supply'd to Ordermentum automatically. You can select which products to sync when editing each product in Supply'd.

Name Format* [required]

The format to use when sending product names to Shopify. Uses out templating language, see docs for more details. Some common options:

  • {{brand}}: Products brand name.

  • {{name}}: Products name.

  • {{size_unit}: Products size (e.g. "100" for a product that is 100g).

  • {{size_measure}}: Products size measurement in short form (e.g. "g" for grams).

  • {{carton_qty}}: The quantity per carton (e.g. "8" for 8 per carton, "1" for items sold by unit).

Description Mapping

Set-up how descriptions map to Ordermentum. Add Supply'd fields using our templating language. See the available fields and to learn more, see the Handlebars document.


Save

Click the button to add the QuickBooks integration.


Additional Options

Clicking the 3 dots in top right corner of the Integrations page brings up an additional menu.

Export Products

Allows you to export your products from Ordermentum to a Supply'd Product Import File, allowing you to import products from Ordermentum into Supply'd. See Bulk Importing of Customers.

Remove Integration

Allows you to remove the Ordermentum integration. See Disconnecting from Ordermentum below.


Disconnecting from Ordermentum

If you like to disconnect from Odermentum, you can do so by clicking on your company name in the top right corner, selecting Settings, then Integrations. Select Ordermentum from theIntegrations list. Click on the 3 dots in the top right corner and select Remove Integration.

You will be asked to confirm.
