Templates
Creating a template in Supply'd saves time, ensures consistency, and simplifies tasks by allowing you to quickly reuse pre-set information for faster, more accurate operations.
In Supply’d, Templates allow you to create custom designs for labels, spec sheets, and more. Supply’d also provides built-in system templates for labels, product tickets, delivery slips, and other documents if you prefer not to create your own.
This document will guide you through:
Creating a Template
Select Templates
Scroll down and select Templates from the Settings menu.

Under the Documents tab, you will see a list of Document Templates.

Templates have colour-coded statuses for easy identification:
- A template you may have created in Supply'd.
- A set Supply'd template.
You can reorder the list by clicking and dragging the three lines next to a template to move it to your preferred position, such as placing frequently used templates at the top.
