
RetailTouch
Integrating RetailTouch with Supply’d streamlines sales and inventory management by syncing product, stock, and order data between your retail and warehouse systems in real time.
Connect to RetailTouch
To connect to RetailTouch, simply click on your company name in the top right corner, then select Settings.

In the Settings menu, scroll down and select Integrations.
Click on Add + in the top right-hand corner.
The Add Integration page will show. Click on the Wedderburn icon.

The RetailTouch Settings form will open.

Complete the fields as follows:
RetailTouch Settings
Integration Name* [required]
The desired name for this integration.
IP Address* [required]
The IP address where for the Retail Touch server.
Database Name* [required]
The Retail Touch database name where the data is stored.
User* [required]
The username for the user account with API access.
Password* [required]
The password for the user account with API access.
Sync Orders?
Toggle on to sync orders from Retail Touch to Supply'd.
Order Number Prefix
An optional prefix for order numbers imported from this integration.
Reduce Inventory On Import
Would you like to reduce Supply'd inventory when orders are imported? Select from Never or All Orders from the drop-down menu.

Location
Select the location you want to sync orders from using the drop-down menu.
Click to apply your settings.
RetailTouch will now show in your Integrations list.

Editing or Removing the RetailTouch Integration
Clicking on the RetailTouch integration in the Integrations list will open the RetailTouch Settings form.
Settings can be edited in the same way as above.
Clicking the three dots in the top-right corner will open a menu with a single option: Remove Integration. Select this option to delete the integration. You will be asked to confirm.
