Wedderburn
Integrating Wedderburn with Supply’d allows for seamless weight-based inventory tracking and labelling, improving accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in order processing.
Connect to Wedderburn
To connect to Wedderburn, simply click on your company name in the top right corner, then select Settings.
In the Settings menu, scroll down and select Integrations.
Click on Add + in the top right-hand corner.
The Add Integration page will show. Click on the Wedderburn icon.
The Wedderburn Settings form will open.
Enter your Wedderburn details:
Integration Name* [required]: Automatically filled in when Wedderburn was selected above, but can be edited to use a custom name if preferred.
URL* [required]: The Atria URL for this integration. Provided by Wedderburn.
Client ID* [required]: The Client ID for this integration. Provided by Wedderburn.
Click 
to add the integration.
Wedderburn will now show in your Integrations list.
Wedderburn Settings
Clicking on Wedderburn in the Integrations list will open the Wedderburn Settings form.
Complete the fields as follows:
Integration Name* [required]
Automatically populated with the details entered above. Can be edited if needed.
URL* [required]
Automatically populated with the details entered above. Can be edited if needed.
Client ID* [required]
Automatically populated with the details entered above. Can be edited if needed.
Sync Products
Toggle on to sync products added in Supply'd to Wedderburn automatically. You can select which products to sync when editing each product in Supply'd.
Match Product PLU Using* [required]
What field should be used as the PLU (price look-up) in Wedderburn. Select from SKU or Barcode from the drop-down menu.
Sync Locations* [required]
The locations you would like products to be synced to. Choose from your list of locations using the drop-down menu.
Default Sub Group* [required]
The default sub group to assign products to. This can be overridden at a product level.
Default Format* [required]
The default format for products in Wedderburn. This can be overridden at a product level.
Name Format* [required]
The format to use when sending product names to Wedderburn. Uses out templating language, see docs for more details. Some common options are:
• {{brand}}: Products brand name.
• ({name}}: Products name.
• {{size_unit): Products size (e.g. "100" for a product that is 100g).
• ({size_measure}}: Products size measurement in short form (e.g. "g" for grams).
• ({carton_qty)): The quantity per carton (e.g. "g" for 8 per carton, "1" for items sold by unit).
Click 
to apply your settings.
Additional Options
Clicking the three dots in the top-right corner will open a menu.
Advanced > Sync All Products
Will sync all your products to Wedderburn. You will be asked to confirm.
Remove Integration
Will remove the integration. You will be asked to confirm.
