Starshipit

Integrating Starshipit with Supply’d automates shipping processes, enabling faster label generation, real-time tracking, and streamlined order fulfilment directly from your warehouse operations.

Connect to Starshipit

To connect to Starshipit, simply click on your company name in the top right corner, then select Settings.

In the Settings menu, scroll down and select Integrations.

Click on Add + in the top right-hand corner.

The Add Integration page will show. Click on the Starshipit icon.

The Starshipit Settings form will open.

The list of additional integrations will vary based on the third-party platforms you’ve connected to Supply’d.


Starshipit Settings

Integration Name* [required]

The desired name for this integration.

API Key* [required]

Enter your Starshipit API key. This can be found in your Starshipit account under Settings > API.

Subscription Key

Enter your Starshipit Subscription key. This can be found in your Starshipit account under Settings > API.


Sync to Supply'd Orders?

Toggle on to to sync Supply'd orders to Starshipit.

Sync Historical Supply'd Orders

Whether or not to send historical Supply'd orders to Starshipit. Select Yes or No from the drop-down menu. Select "No" if you would only like to send future orders to Starshipit.

Repeat the above step to sync orders from other platforms.


Editing or Removing the Starshipit Integration

Clicking on the Starshipit integration in the Integrations list will open the Starshipit Settings form.

Settings can be edited in the same way as above.

Clicking the three dots in the top-right corner will open a menu with a single option: Remove Integration. Select this option to delete the integration. You will be asked to confirm.
