Using & Navigating a Supply'd Handheld Scanner

A Supply’d handheld scanner is a highly efficient and time-saving tool designed to streamline your workflow. Whether you're managing inventory, receiving stock, or processing orders, the scanner simplifies these tasks, reducing manual entry and improving accuracy. This article provides a brief overview of how to use the scanner, such as:
Key Features
Power Button
Press to turn on or wake up the scanner.
Volume Buttons
Press to increase or decrease the volume.
Scanner Buttons
Press either of these buttons to scan a barcode or QR code.
Logging On when the Scanner is Powered Off
Press the power button to turn on the scanner.
The scanner home screen will display the time and date. The icons in the top right indicate that Bluetooth is enabled, Wi-Fi is connected, and shows the battery level, much the same as a mobile phone.
Swipe up and the screen will now show the time, date and any apps installed on the scanner.
Click on the Supply'd logo and the Supply'd Login screen will show.
Enter your email and click Next. Enter your password. Click Login.
You can set up the scanner up to remember your password for you.
Scanner Menu
After logging in, you will be taken to the Scanner menu.

Scanning
During any of the above processes, the scanner screen will flash red to indicate it is ready to scan.
To scan a product, press one of the scanner buttons. The item details should appear. If the item doesn't scan, you'll see this screen, where you can either search for the item or add it if it doesn't exist.
Main Menu
Clicking on the 3 lines on the top left will take you to the main Supply'd menu. This works similarly to the full version, with the additional of a scanner button which will take you back to the "Scanner" menu, as above.
Settings Menu
Clicking on the Supply'd logo takes you to the setting menu.
Here, you can view, set, or modify the settings for the selected location.
My Account
This is where you can manage your account details.

This is where you can manage your settings for Supply'd.

Billing
This is where you can manage your billing details, such as your billing credit cards, your Supply'd plan, see your devices such as scanners linked to you and your account, and your invoices.

Waking the Scanner
If the scanner remains unused for a few minutes, the screen will turn off. Pressing any button will wake the screen and take you to the first screen. Swiping up will return you to the last open screen.
Pressing the power button will also turn off the screen.
If the scanner remains unused for a period of time, you will need to log in again. Upon logging in, you will be returned to the last open screen. Additionally, Supply’d may periodically require you to log in.
Additional Navigation
At the bottom of the screen you will see some shapes with a black background.
Triangle - Takes you back to the previous screen.
Circle - Takes you to scanner home screen.
Square - Shows all windows open on the scanner.
Powering Off the Scanner
To power off the scanner, press the power button until this screen appears.
Click the Power Off button.
You also have the option to restart the scanner should the need arise.
