Favourites
Adding favourites in Supply’d makes reordering faster and more convenient. Easily access your most-ordered items, saving time and effort.
Favourites List
Selecting Favourites in the main menu displays a list of products with photos and prices, grouped by supplier.
Products you order from the Supply'd Marketplace will automatically be marked as a Favourite and appear here, marked with a
. This saves searching for a product that you may like to order again.
Products you order from a custom supplier, those with
beside their name, will appear without a heart.

Clicking on a product will take you to that product's page. Clicking on the Supplier's name will show a list of all that supplier's products.
Filtering by Department
If you've set up optional Departments in Locations and added the department when Adding & Updating Products, the Favourites list can be filtered by department so users only see products relevant to their department.

To filter the list, select the appropriate department, or departments, from the drop-down menu. (Your list may look different from the example, depending on how you've named your departments.)

Ordering from Favourites
To re-order any product on your Favourites list, simply add the number you would like to order using "+" to add them to your order.
If the number is large, click and hold the "0" for a few seconds until the button changes, and type the number in.
Rearranging the Favourites List
Clicking on the 3 dots in the top right corner brings up a menu.
Arrange Suppliers
Clicking this opens Arrange Favourite Suppliers, showing a list of all suppliers with items in your Favourites list.
To rearrange this list, simply click on the 3 lines beside the supplier you would like to move and drag it to a new position. For example, you mostly buy from the supplier called Test, so you would like them to appear at the top of the list. Click the 3 lines beside Test and drag it to the top of the list for easy access.
Once you have finished arranging the suppliers, click the "X" in the top right to close.
Removing a Favourited Item
To remove a favourite item marked with a heart, simply click the heart. The heart will turn from shaded to just an outline and will be removed from Favourites after refreshing the page.
