Settings (Supply'd Lite)

Adding settings to Supply’d Lite allows you to customise the platform to better suit your business needs, improving workflow and overall efficiency.

Settings in Supply’d Lite let you customise how your account works. You can manage things like your business details, notification preferences and users - all in one place.

This document will guide you through setting up your preferences in Supply’d Lite.


Settings Menu

Clicking on your name in the top right corner will open a menu:

My Account

Your account settings let you update your details, turn on 2-factor login, and manage notifications.

Settings

This is where you can manage your settings for Supply'd.

Billing

Here you can manage your cards, view or upgrade your Supply'd plan, or view saved invoices.

Users

Add your team so they can help place and manage orders. You can choose what they can do and if their orders need approval.

Help

If you need help, click the speech bubble at the bottom right to search the help guide or send an email.


My Account

Selecting this will open the Account Settings form.

Account Details are filled in from setup and can be updated if needed.


2 Factor Authentication

Add 2-factor authentication to help keep your account safe from unauthorised access.

Clicking Setup 2FA will open a screen with steps to set up 2-factor authentication.

  1. Download or open your preferred Authenticator App on your phone or computer. Authy Google Authenticator Microsoft Authenticator

  2. Scan the QR code with your authenticator or enter the code manually.

  3. After scanning the QR code enter the code from your app below and click Verify.


Notifications

Tick the boxes beside the notifications you would like to receive.

Click to apply your settings.


Settings

Clicking this will open the settings menu.


Company Settings

Applying or editing these settings are the same as Company Settings in the full version of Supply'd with the exception of the Company Setting section where you will see two 2 less fields.


Locations

Lists your business location.

To add your location, click the Add+ button in the top right. The steps are the same as Locations in the full version, just without the Location Settings section.


Billing

Here you can manage your billing credit cards, view or upgrade your Supply'd plan, or view saved invoices.

You will see 4 tabs:

Billing Tab

To add a credit card to Supply'd click the button or Add Card + at the top right of the page.

Plan Tab

On the Plan screen you can see a clear view of what's included in your Supply'd Lite account.


Upgrade Tab

To learn more about Supply'd Pro, click a link to learn more or book a demo.


Invoices Tab

Shows all paid invoices. Click an invoice to view it, then click the three dots in the top right and select Download Invoice to save it.


Users

Lists the users for this account, initially just the owner. Supply'd Lite lets you add one extra user and control what parts of the site they can access.

Logout

This is where you find the button to log you out of Supply'd.
