Locations (Supply'd Lite)

Adding locations in Supply’d Lite makes it easier to keep track of stock and orders at different places.

Location Settings in Supply’d Lite let you set up and manage the different places where your business keeps stock. When you join Supply’d, the address you enter during sign-up is automatically saved as your first location. From here, you can track inventory, organise orders, and make sure products are in the right place.

If you have multiple locations or need to update an existing one, you can follow the instructions below to add, edit or remove a location.


The Locations Page

Clicking on your company name in the top right, then selecting Settings will open the Settings page.

Select Locations from the Settings menu.

The Locations page will open, listing your location.

Clicking on the location will bring up all the details for the location.


Adding a Location

Go to the Locations Page

Go to the Locations page as described above in The Locations Page, ie.

  1. Click on your company name in the top right, then select Settings.

  2. Select Locations from the Settings menu.

Click Add+

To add a new location click Add+ in the top right corner of the Locations page.

The Add Location form will open.

Complete the sections as per the guidelines below:

Location Details

Location Name* [required field]

The name of the location. This is often the suburb where the store is located.

Location Type

Select whether this address is for billing, shipping, or both. If you select "Shipping" only, the first billing address in your list will be used.

Note: You can only have 1 billing address.

Address* [required field]

The street address of the location. This address should include any shop, unit, level and/or building numbers.

Suburb* [required field]

The suburb of the location.

State/Province* [required field]

The state of the location.

Postcode* [required field]

The postcode for the location.

Country* [required field]

The country of the location.

Operating Hours

The operating hours for this location when a delivery can be made. This is used to let your suppliers know when deliveries can be made to your premises. If not added, it will default to 9am-5pm Mon-Fri.

Advanced

Gives the Longitude, Latitude and a map of the location.

Save

Click the button to add the location.


Editing a Location

You can edit a location in Supply’d Lite to update its details, such as the name, address, or settings, at any time.

Click on your company name in the top right, then selecting Settings.

Choose Locations from the Settings menu.

Select the location you want to edit. The location's details will open.

Click on the 3 dots in the top right to open a menu.

Select Edit Location.

The Edit Location form will open.

Change any details required following the guidelines for Adding a Location above.

Click the button to save the changes.


Removing a Location

To remove a location:

Click on your company name in the top right, then selecting Settings.

Choose Locations from the Settings menu.

Select the location you want to edit. The location's details will open.

Click on the 3 dots in the top right to open a menu.

Select Remove Location.

Confirm that you want to remove the location.
