Adding settings to Supply’d Lite allows you to customise the platform to better suit your business needs, improving workflow and overall efficiency.
Account Settings in Supply’d Lite let you customise how your account works. You can manage things like your business details, notification preferences and users - all in one place.
In My Account, you can manage Account Settings such as your personal preferences and security settings. This includes updating your account details, setting up two-factor authentication for added security, managing your notifications, and enabling push notifications to stay updated in real time.
Account Settings you can manage are:
To set or edit your Account Settings, click on your company name in the top right and select My Account.



The Account Settings form will open.



To open or close the sections on this form click the little arrows to the right of the titles (as circled in red above).

Complete the sections as per the guidelines below:

Account Details are filled in during setup and can be updated if needed.



First Name* [required field]
Enter your first name.

Last Name
Enter your last name/surname.

Email* [required field]
Add your work email address.
This is used to login to your account. Updating your email will require you to login with this email address in the future.

Your Mobile
Enter your mobile number.
This is recommended if you enable two-factor authentication (see step 3), as it can be used as a backup if you lose access to your authentication method.

Timezone
Select your time zone.

Secure your account with 2-factor authentication to help prevent unauthorised access to your account.



Clicking
will open the Setup 2FA screen with instructions for setting up 2-factor authentication.



Download or open your preferred Authenticator App on your phone or computer. Authy Google Authenticator Microsoft Authenticator
Scan the QR code with your authenticator or enter the code manually.
After scanning the QR code enter the code from your app below and click

Toggle on if you would like to enable push notifications on this device.



After toggling on you will need to grant permission for us to send you push notifications.



After clicking
you can allow push notifications.
