Managing Deliveries

Managing deliveries in Supply’d helps you streamline routes, save time, reduce errors, and keep customers happy with more reliable, on-time deliveries.

Managing deliveries in Supply’d gives you full control over how orders are scheduled, assigned, and tracked. You can create delivery runs, assign drivers and vehicles, set start locations, and monitor progress - all in one place. This makes it easier to plan efficient routes, keep deliveries on time, and ensure customers receive their orders smoothly.

This document will guide you through:

The Deliveries Page

Selecting Deliveries from the main menu will open the the Deliveries page, listing any deliveries you have created. The Up Next tab lists all the upcoming deliveries and the Completed tab lists those deliveries that have been completed. This is also where you can create new Delivery (see Creating a Delivery).

Each delivery’s status is colour-coded for quick and easy identification.

  • - The delivery has been created but is still in setup mode. Orders, vehicles, or drivers may not yet be assigned.

  • - The delivery run has been created but not yet started. Orders are assigned and waiting to be dispatched.

  • - The delivery run is currently underway. Orders are being delivered, and progress is actively tracked.

  • - The delivery run is finished. All orders have been delivered or marked according to their final outcome. Any completed deliveries will appear under the Completed tab.

Clicking on a delivery will open its details page, where you can view and manage everything related to that delivery, such as orders, vehicles, drivers, and status updates. You will see three tabs - About, Runs, Orders.

The About tab displays the basic details, as well as the delivery status and order numbers.

Runs

The Runs tab shows all the delivery runs that have been created for that delivery.
