Mailchimp

Integrating MailChimp with Supply'd syncs customer data, making it easier to send personalised emails and keep info up to date automatically.

Integrating Mailchimp with Supply’d connects marketing efforts to real-time inventory and order data. This allows businesses to create targeted email campaigns, promote available products, and boost sales while keeping marketing aligned with stock levels.

This document will guide you through:


Connecting to Mailchimp

Go to Settings

Click on your company name in the top right and select Settings.

Select Integrations

Scroll down and select Integrations from the Settings menu.

Click Add+

Click on Add + in the top right.

The Add Integration page will show.

Click Mailchimp

Click on the Mailchimp logo (as circled above).

You will be taken to the Mailchimp login where you can login and grant access to Supply'd.

Return to Supply'd

After returning to Supply'd, the Mailchimp Settings screen should appear.

If the Mailchimp Settings page doesn't appear:

  1. Click on your name in the top right corner, and select Settings.

  2. Scroll down and select Integrations.

  3. Select Mailchimp from the Integrations list.

You can also follow these steps if you need to make changes to the settings at a later date.

Complete the sections as follows:

MailChimp Settings

Integration Name* [required field]

A unique integration name for this Mailchimp integration. This is only used as a reference for this integration for your account.

Sync Supply'd Customers?

Toggle on to sync Supply'd customers to Mailchimp.

Sync To List

What list to sync Supply'd customers to.

Map Fields

Choose the data you would like to send to Mailchimp fields. Select from the drop-down menus.

The list of choices in the drop-down menus are the same for each field, except Email.

  • Address

  • Company Name

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Phone Number

Sync Other Platforms

For other platforms, such as, WooCommerce, Square etc., that you would like to sync, toggle on and complete the fields as explained above.

Click Save

Click the button to add the MailChimp integration.


Editing the Mailchimp Integration

If you like to edit the Mailchimp integration:

Click on your company name in the top right corner and select Settings from the menu.

Scroll down and select Integrations.

Select Mailchimp from the Integrations list. The Mailchimp Settings page will open.

Update any details required following the guidelines above for Connecting to Mailchimp.

Click to update the settings.


Disconnecting from Mailchimp

If you like to disconnect from Mailchimp:

Click on your company name in the top right corner and select Settings from the menu.

Scroll down and select Integrations.

Select Mailchimp from the Integrations list.

Click on the 3 dots in the top right corner and select Remove Integration.

You will be asked to confirm.
