Managing deliveries in Supply’d provides clear oversight of shipment status, schedules, and destinations, helping ensure timely, accurate deliveries and improved customer satisfaction.
With the optional Delivery module, Supply'd can help you make sure deliveries run smoothly and customers get their orders on time.
Creating deliveries in the optional Delivery module in Supply’d allows you to efficiently plan, organise, and manage the movement of orders to your customers. By setting up deliveries within the system, you can assign orders, allocate vehicles and drivers, schedule routes, and track each delivery from start to finish. This helps reduce errors, improve customer service, and ensures your team has a clear, streamlined process for getting orders out on time.

Selecting Deliveries from the main menu will open the the Deliveries page, listing any deliveries you have created. The Up Next tab lists all the upcoming deliveries and the Completed tab lists those deliveries that have been completed. This is also where you can create new Delivery.
Each delivery’s status is colour-coded for quick and easy identification.
- The delivery has been created but is still in setup mode. Orders, vehicles, or drivers may not yet be assigned.
- The delivery run has been created but not yet started. Orders are assigned and waiting to be dispatched.
- The delivery run is currently underway. Orders are being delivered, and progress is actively tracked.
- The delivery run is finished. All orders have been delivered or marked according to their final outcome. Any completed deliveries will appear under the
Before creating a Delivery, you should have added your vehicles and applied their details in your Delivery Settings.

A delivery may consist of multiple Delivery Runs, using multiple vehicles and drivers. Once the delivery is set up and orders are assigned, you can optionally edit runs to assign one or more drivers, change the vehicle for each delivery run, and update the start and end locations or add runs.
Supply'd will auto-assign deliveries based on certain Shipping Zones, Order Status, Delivery Dates etc. You can also manually assign orders.
You can select whether to Auto-Assign or Manually assign orders when as explained above.
When Auto-Assign is selected, the orders will automatically be assigned. If you would like to add any orders you can follow the instructions below for manually adding orders.
To manually assign orders to a delivery:
Once you’re satisfied with the delivery runs and the assigned orders, you can optimise the delivery route.
Route optimising is the process of planning and arranging delivery stops in the most efficient order to save time, reduce fuel costs, and improve overall delivery speed. In Supply’d, route optimising helps streamline delivery operations by using Supply'd Intelligence to automatically calculate the best sequence of customer stops based on factors like distance, traffic, and delivery priorities.
To optimise the delivery, click on the 3 dots in the top right corner. Select Optimise Route from the menu.
You will be asked to confirm.
Supply'd Intelligence will do all the hard work for you.
The delivery's status will update from to .
Delivery Date & Start Time* [required field]
The start date and time for the delivery. Select from the calendar and clock that will show when you click on the field. Click .
Maximum Delivery Time (Hours)* [required field]
The maximum delivery time for each delivery.
Location* [required field]
The location this vehicle is used at. Select from your list of in the drop-down menu.
Vehicle* [required field]
Select one or more vehicles for this delivery. Clicking on the field will bring up a list of your vehicles.
To remove a vehicle, simply click the X next to its name.
This section lets you define how you want orders to be allocated to this delivery.
Allocate Orders
Set how you’d like orders to be allocated to this delivery by selecting an option from the drop-down menu.
Auto-assign: Have orders automatically assigned based your chosen criteria.
Manually: Manually assign orders to the delivery after it has been created.
Order Selection
Choose how you’d like orders to be allocated to this delivery.
Picked Orders: Assign all orders that have been picked but not yet delivered.
Unfulfilled Orders: Assign all orders that have not yet been fulfilled.
Include Shipping Zones
When filtering by Shipping Zones, choose whether to include or exclude them.
Include: Include the list of shipping zones related orders.
Exclude: Exclude the list of shipping zones related orders.
Shipping Zones
Include/exclude orders allocated to the attached Shipping Zones to the delivery. Leave blank for all shipping zones. Select from the drop-down menu that will appear when you click on the field.
Include Shipping Rules
When filtering by Shipping Rules, whether you would like to include or exclude them.
Include: Include the list of shipping rules related orders.
Exclude: Exclude the list of shipping rules related orders.
Shipping Rules
Include/exclude orders allocated to the attached Shipping Rules to the delivery. Leave blank for all shipping rules. Select from the drop-down menu.
Delivery Dates
The delivery dates you would like to assign to this delivery run. Select from the calendar that will show when you click on the field. Leave blank for all delivery dates.
Order Limit
A limit to the amount of orders that will automatically allocated to the delivery. Maximum 2,000 orders.
Editing Runs
To edit an existing run, click on the run to open its details. Then, click the 3 dots in the top right and select Edit Run from the menu.
The Edit Delivery Run form will open and you can make changes by following the steps outlined below.
Adding Runs
If you would like to add a run to a delivery, click Add + in the top right.
The Add Delivery Run form will open. The fields are the same as the Edit Delivery Run form.
Complete the fields in each section as outlined below:
Vehicle* [required field]
The vehicle used for this delivery run.
This is initially set when creating the run but can be updated if needed. If changing to a smaller vehicle please beware of capacity differences before changing the vehicle. Select the vehicle from the drop-down menu.
Driver
Select the delivery driver for this Delivery Run from the drop-down menu.
If the driver doesn't exist in Supply'd, you will need to add them as a User. The document explains how to do this. Select Delivery Driver as the Account Type. This user type will gain access to the Delivery Runs they are assigned to.
Start Time* [required field]
The start time of this delivery run in 24 hour time format (HH:MM). The run must be performed within the overall delivery hours set for the main delivery.
Maximum Delivery Time* [required field]
The maximum delivery time for this delivery run in hours. The run must be finished within the overall delivery hours set for the main delivery.
Select the start location for the delivery run from the drop-down menu of your locations or choose Custom Address.
If the Start Location is different from your list of locations (for example, if a driver wants to start their run at home), you can select Custom Address. When this option is chosen, additional address fields will appear for you to enter the details.




























































































































Supply'd's Delivery module helps drivers manage deliveries with route optimisation, real-time updates, and delivery tracking, ensuring timely and efficient service.
As a driver, you will have only have access to delivery runs, and the deliveries within those runs, assigned to you on Supply'd.
Deliveries are usually done using a handheld Supply’d scanner. This guide will walk you through how to perform deliveries using a tablet or how to check them in the app on a computer.

After logging into Supply'd you will see this screen. The only main menu choice is Home.
There will be 2 tabs - Up Next and Completed (as circled in red).
The Up Next tab lists any upcoming delivery runs that have been assigned to you. The Completed Tab shows any completed delivery runs that were assigned to you.
Details on these pages are:
An identifying number assigned to this specific delivery run.
The date the delivery run is to be made.
The vehicle to be used for this delivery run.
You.
Whether or not the delivery has been delivered.
Clicking on a run will bring up a list of deliveries and a map of all the deliveries in that run.
Any breaks will also be included in the list of deliveries.
Clicking on an order will bring up the delivery address for the order, plus a map showing the customer's delivery location.
At the top of the page you will see 2 buttons - Directions and Arrived.
Clicking Directions will bring up detailed directions to the delivery address as well as the best route to take and the estimated time the route will take.
When you are ready to start a delivery run, select the run you will be performing and click Start Run.
You will be asked to confirm.
The status beside the delivery will change form to . The delivery run lists' statuses are colour coded for easy identification.
Once confirmed, the first order delivery details will show, as described above.
Once you have arrived at the delivery address, click the Arrived button.
You will be asked to confirm.
Once confirmed, the below page will show. Click Add POD & Deliver.
The Delivery Order POD form will show. Add the name of the person receiving the order and ask for a signature. Click MARK AS DELIVERED. The status on the delivery list will change to DELIVERED.
If for any reason the order was unable to be delivered, click Mark As Failed. The Delivery Order Failed form will appear.
Select the reason the delivery failed from the drop-down. If none of the reasons on the list are applicable, select Other (last in the list). Add any notes that may be relevant. Click MARK AS FAILED. The status on the delivery list will change to FAILED.
Click Go To Next Order and repeat the process for all deliveries in the delivery run.
Once all deliveries have been completed, click the Mark Delivery Run As Completed. The status on the delivery run list will change to COMPLETED.
Clicking on the 3 dots in the top right-hand corner will bring up a menu with the following options. This menu will vary depending on the page you are on as well as other varying factors and you may see all or some of those menu options listed below.
An alternative to the Start Run button. Selecting this option will start the delivery run.
Allows limited changes to be made to the delivery run. Selecting this will open the Edit Delivery Run form.
Change the vehicle being used for the delivery run. Select the vehicle from the drop-down.
Change the driver for the delivery run. Select the new driver from the drop-down.
Change the start location for the delivery run. Select from the drop-down or add a custom address, for example, if the driver is leaving from home.
Change the end location for the delivery run. Select from the drop-down or add a custom address, for example, if the driver is ending from home.
Allows the Delivery Run List to be download and saved or printed.
The page you are on will show in full screen.
Will remove the delivery run from your list.
Allows limited changes to be made to the delivery order. Selecting this will open the Edit Delivery Order form.
Add any delivery notes for the driver about this order.
Change the delivery address from the address on the original order. Fields marked with an asterix (*) are required fields and must be completed.

Managing deliveries in Supply’d gives you full control over how orders are scheduled, assigned, and tracked. You can create delivery runs, assign drivers and vehicles, set start locations, and monitor progress - all in one place. This makes it easier to plan efficient routes, keep deliveries on time, and ensure customers receive their orders smoothly.

Clicking on a delivery will open its details page, where you can view and manage everything related to that delivery, such as orders, vehicles, drivers, and status updates. You will see three tabs - About, Runs, Orders.
About
The About tab displays the basic details, as well as the delivery status and order numbers.
Runs
The Runs tab shows all the delivery runs that have been created for that delivery.
Orders
The Orders tab shows a list of all the individual orders assigned to that delivery.
We will discuss these tabs in detail below.
The About tab of a delivery shows the basic details of that delivery.
Delivery Status - Shows the current status of the delivery, colour-coded for easy identification.
Start Date/Time - The scheduled date and time when the delivery run begins.
Location - The start location for the delivery run.
Number of Orders - Total orders assigned to this delivery.
This layout helps you quickly see the key metrics and performance of the delivery.
The Runs tab shows all the delivery runs that have been created for that delivery. It will also show the status of the run using colour-coding for easy identification. This tab helps you track the progress of runs and manage who and what is assigned to them.
Run Number - The unique identifier for each delivery run. You may notice these all start with "DR".
Date - The scheduled date for the run.
Vehicle - The vehicle assigned to this run. Helps you manage logistics and capacity.
Driver - The staff member responsible for completing the run.
Clicking on a run will bring up all the details about that run.
Status
The Status section shows the delivery run’s progress, including start/end times, how many orders were delivered, failed, on time, or late.
Run Details
The Run Details section shows key information about the delivery run, including the Start and End Locations, the Vehicle and Driver assigned, and the vehicle’s Capacity.
Route
The Route section shows a map of the delivery run, displaying the planned path from the start location to all stops. You can enlarge the map to see more detail.
Schedule
The Schedule section shows the planned timing for the delivery run, including the start and end times, any breaks (like lunch), and the order of deliveries. It helps you see when each delivery is expected and keeps the run on track.
Clicking on the 3 dots in the top right corner will bring up a menu with the following options:
Start Run
Select this to start the run. You will be asked to confirm.
Edit Run
This will bring up the Edit Delivery Run form (the same as the Add Delivery Run form above) where you can edit the Vehicle, Driver, Start and End Locations.
Download > Delivery Run List
This will allow you to download the Delivery Run List.
Toggle Full Screen
Brings up a full-screen version of the delivery run details.
Remove Run
Will remove the delivery run. You will be asked to confirm.
Clicking on the three lines on the top right corner will allow you to filter the Delivery Runs list.
The list can be filtered by Status, Vehicle and/or Driver.
Status
Select the status of delivery runs to narrow your list.
Vehicle
Choose a vehicle to see only the runs assigned to it.
Driver
Filter by driver to view runs assigned to a specific person.
The Orders tab shows a list of all the individual orders assigned to that delivery. You can also manually add orders to a delivery, as explained in the document, using the Assign + button in the top right corner.
For each order, you can see:
Order Number - The unique identifier for the order.
Customer - Who the order is for.
Location - Where the order is being delivered.
Run Number - The delivery run the order is part of.
Clicking on an order will bring up details about the order.
Status
The Status section displays the Delivery Run number, the ETA (estimated time of arrival), and the Estimated Travel Time for that order.
Delivery Details
The Delivery Details section shows key information about the order, including the customer, location, order number, assigned vehicle, delivery window, and any customer notes. It helps ensure the delivery is accurate and all special instructions are followed.
Location
The Location section shows the customer’s delivery address and provides a map view. It helps you see exactly where the delivery needs to go and can be used for navigation or route planning.

If the delivery is in progress but the order not yet delivered, the options will be:
Edit Delivery Order
Opens the Edit Delivery Order form, allowing you to add Notes, change the Delivery Address and the Delivery Window for the order.
Mark As
The Mark As options for delivery orders allow you to update the status of an order as it progresses through the delivery process. Options are:
Arrived - The delivery vehicle has reached the customer’s location but items haven’t been handed over yet.
Delivered - Confirms the order has been successfully delivered.
Failed - Marks the delivery as unsuccessful, prompting you to select a reason.
Download
Allows you to download, and thus print, the Delivery Slip, Shipping Label, Pack Slip, and/or Invoice for the order.
Remove Delivery Order
Removes the Delivery. You will be asked to confirm.
Clicking on the magnifying glass on the top right corner will allow you to search the Delivery Orders list. The list can be searched using any terms such as a name, run number, location, etc.
Clicking on the three lines on the top right corner will allow you to filter the Delivery Orders list.
The list can be filtered by Status and/or Delivery Run.
Status
Select the status of delivery runs to narrow your list.
Delivery Run
Select a delivery run (or multiple runs) to view only the orders assigned to them.

In Supply’d, route optimising helps streamline delivery operations by using Supply'd Intelligence to automatically calculate the best sequence of customer stops based on factors like distance, traffic, and delivery priorities.
When creating or altering a delivery, once you’re satisfied with the delivery runs and the assigned orders, you can optimise the delivery route.
This option lets you add orders to a delivery. When you click Assign Orders, a list of current orders will appear. Simply check the box next to each order you want to include in the delivery and click .
Allows you to download a list of orders in a spreadsheet.
Clicking Orders will open the Export Orders form, where you can export your order data for reporting or record-keeping. You can choose which fields to include in your export, so you only download the data that’s relevant to you.
Only select the fields you actually need when exporting. This keeps your file clean, easy to read, and avoids extra clutter in your spreadsheet. You can remove fields by clicking the X next to the field name.
Clicking will download the spreadsheet containing the order details for this delivery.
Allows you to remove a delivery. You will be asked to confirm.
On the Deliveries page, click the magnifying glass in the top right to search the list to find a specific delivery.
Clicking on the three lines on the top right corner will allow you to filter the Deliveries list.
The list can be filtered by Location, Status and/or Delivery Date.
Location
Filter deliveries by a specific location by selecting the location from the drop-down menu.
Status
Filter deliveries by their status: Draft, Scheduled, In Progress, Completed, or Failed.
Delivery Date
Filter deliveries by a date range. Click the field to open a calendar and choose the dates.
Delivered - How many orders have been successfully delivered.
Failed - How many orders could not be delivered.
Delivered On Time - Orders delivered within the scheduled delivery window.
Delivered Late - Orders delivered after the scheduled delivery window.
Delivered - This shows how many orders in the run have been delivered out of the total number of orders assigned.
Status - Shows the progress of the run (eg. Scheduled, in Progress, Completed). Allows quick identification of the run’s current stage.
ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) - When the order is expected to arrive.
Order Status - Shows if the order is scheduled for delivery, with the driver, at the delivery location, delivered, or failed to be delivered - colour-coded for quick and easy identification.
