Deliveries

Managing deliveries in Supply’d provides clear oversight of shipment status, schedules, and destinations, helping ensure timely, accurate deliveries and improved customer satisfaction.

Creating a Delivery

With the optional Delivery module, Supply'd can help you make sure deliveries run smoothly and customers get their orders on time.

Creating deliveries in the optional Delivery module in Supply’d allows you to efficiently plan, organise, and manage the movement of orders to your customers. By setting up deliveries within the system, you can assign orders, allocate vehicles and drivers, schedule routes, and track each delivery from start to finish. This helps reduce errors, improve customer service, and ensures your team has a clear, streamlined process for getting orders out on time.

👉 For details on managing your deliveries once they have been set up, see the Managing Deliveries document.

This document will guide you through:

The Deliveries Page

Selecting Deliveries from the main menu will open the the Deliveries page, listing any deliveries you have created. The Up Next tab lists all the upcoming deliveries and the Completed tab lists those deliveries that have been completed. This is also where you can create new Delivery.
