Integrating Starshipit with Supply’d automates shipping processes, enabling faster label generation, real-time tracking, and streamlined order fulfilment directly from your warehouse operations.
Integrating Starshipit with Supply’d allows you to automate and simplify your shipping process by connecting your orders, fulfilment, and delivery information in one place. This integration ensures accurate shipping labels, real-time tracking updates, and faster order processing - helping you save time, reduce errors, and deliver a smoother experience for your customers.
This document will guide you through:
If you like to edit the Starshipit integration:
Click on your company name in the top right corner and select Settings from the menu.
Scroll down and select Integrations.
If you like to disconnect from Starshipit:
Click on your company name in the top right corner and select Settings from the menu.
Scroll down and select Integrations.
Integration Name* [required field]
The desired name for this integration.
Webhook URL
It is strongly recommended that you add this webhook URL to your Starshipit account. You can do so under Settings > Tracking & Notifications > Notification endpoint. This will ensure prompt updates of tracking changes into Supply'd.
API Key* [required]
Enter your Starshipit API key. This can be found in your Starshipit account under Settings > API.
Subscription Key
Enter your Starshipit Subscription key. This can be found in your Starshipit account under Settings > API.
Toggle on to sync [Channel] - [Integration] orders to Starshipit.
We are using Shopify here as the example.
Sync Historical [Channel] Orders
Whether or not to send historical [Channel] orders to Starshipit. Select No if you would only like to send future orders to Starshipit.

How to map [Channel] orders to Starshipit. Either using shipping rules or send all orders from this sales channel.
Update any details required following the guidelines above for Connecting to Starshipit.
Click to update the settings.
Click on the 3 dots in the top right corner and select Remove Integration.
You will be asked to confirm.



Select Starshipit from the Integrations list.
