Editing & Removing Products (Supply'd Lite)

Editing products in Supply’d Lite helps you keep your product details accurate and up to date, making ordering easier and more reliable.

Editing products in Supply’d Lite is simple and helps keep your supplier information accurate. You can update names, barcodes, prices, sizes, and other details to ensure everything is correct for ordering.

You can only edit products from suppliers you’ve added to your Supply’d Lite account, ie. those with beside their name. Products from existing Supply’d suppliers, those with , can’t be edited.

Editing Products

Products can be edited one at a time from the Suppliers page, as explained below. Alternatively, they can be edited in bulk from the Favourites (Supply'd Lite) page.

Select the Supplier

Select Suppliers from the main menu, then click on the supplier whose product you want to edit.

The supplier's page will open.

Go to the Products Tab

Click on the Products tab to see the list of this supplier's products.

Select the Product

Click on the product that you would like to edit.

The product's page will open showing all the product's details, such as the brand, price, barcode etc.

Select Edit Product

Click on the 3 dots in the top right and select Edit Product from the menu.

The Edit Product form will open.

Update the Details

Make any changes needed following the guidelines for Adding Supplier Products (Supply'd Lite).

Click Save

Click to apply your changes.

Bulk Actions

The button on the Products page allows you to add or remove products from your Favourites.

Favourites in Supply’d Lite lets you quickly save and reorder frequently purchased products without searching each time.

Select the Supplier

As above, select Suppliers from the main menu, then click on the supplier whose product(s) you would like to add or remove from your Favourites.

Go to the Products Tab

Click on the Products tab to see the list of this supplier's products.

Select the Products

Tick the checkboxes next to the products you would like to add or remove.

Ticking the square beside the button will select all products on the list -

The button will stay grey until you select at least one product. Once selected, it turns blue and you can click it - .

Choose Favourites

Click on the button and choose Favourites > Add or Remove from the menu.

You will be asked to confirm.

Removing Products

As above, select Suppliers from the main menu, then click on the supplier whose product you would like to remove.

Click on the Products tab to see the list of this supplier's products. Click on the product that you would like to remove.

Click on the 3 dots in the top right and select Remove Product.

You will be asked to confirm.
