Navigating Supply'd Lite

Supply’d Lite offers a streamlined, user-friendly solution for managing purchase orders, making it ideal for small businesses seeking improved efficiency without the complexity of advanced systems.

Supply’d Lite is a simple and efficient way to manage your suppliers, products, and orders in one place. It’s designed to make ordering easier by helping you quickly find what you need, place purchase orders, track your spending, and stay on top of supplier relationships. Whether you’re managing everyday orders or repeat purchases, Supply’d Lite keeps everything organised so you can save time and reduce manual work.

This guide will walk you through a brief overview of how to navigate the platform, so you can make the most of its features and keep your business running smoothly, including:


Logging In

Go to Supply'd

Go to https://supplyd.co/.

Enter Your Login Details

  1. Enter your email, click and enter your password.

  1. If Two-Factor Authentication is enabled, you may need to enter a code from your authenticator app or SMS.

  1. Click .


Home Page

The Home page shows the customers you have added or connected with.


Upgrade Tab

The Upgrade tab contains links where you can learn more or book a demo to see what the full version of Supply’d ERP can offer your business.


Settings Menu

Click your name in the top right corner to open the menu and access all your Settings.


My Account

My Account allows you to modify your personal account details, set up two-factor authentication and notifications.

Many of the notifications listed in the Notifications section relate to the full version of Supply’d and are not available in Supply’d Lite.

Users

Supply’d Hub allows one additional user to be added to the account. Adding a user lets you give a team member access to help manage orders, products, and customers. You can control what the user can view and manage, helping your team collaborate while keeping sensitive information secure.

Help

Takes you to Supply’d Help, where you can search for answers or browse help docs.


Report Bug

If you experience any issues with Supply'd, you can report them by clicking here to open the Report a Bug form.

  1. Issue* [required field]: Tell us the issue you are experiencing.

  2. Step To Replicate* [required field]: Please describe the steps needed to reproduce the issue, step-by-step. Include as much detail as possible, such as what you were doing, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened. The more information you provide, the easier it will be for the team to identify and fix the problem quickly.

  3. Severity: Select the severity of the issue.

  • Low: There is an easy work around.

  • Normal: The bug is manageable temporarily.

  • High: It's problematic, but not affecting critical functionality.

  • Urgent: Critical business functionality is broken.

  1. Screenshots (optional): Optionally add any screenshots showing the issue (eg. error messages etc.). Click to select the files from your device.

  2. Click .


On the left-hand side you will see the main menu.


Home

The Home page list your suppliers, as Home Page above.


Suppliers

The Suppliers page lets you add, view, and manage all your suppliers in one place.

You will see 3 tabs:

  • Suppliers - View and manage your suppliers, including contact details, products, and order history.

  • Connect - Displays all suppliers available on Supply’d that you can connect with. Selecting a supplier lets you view their profile and details.

  • Requests - Shows incoming supplier connection requests. You can choose to approve or decline these requests to manage who you trade with on Supply’d.

Favourites

Lists your favourite products, organised by supplier, so you can quickly access your most used items and suppliers, making ordering faster and easier.

Purchases

The Purchases page shows all your orders in one place. You can view order details, track what you’ve bought, and keep a record of your spending on Supply’d Lite.

  • Purchases Tab - Shows all purchase orders you’ve placed with suppliers and lets you manage them.

  • Standing Tab - Shows standing purchase orders that are set up to run on a regular schedule.

  • Postponed Tab - Shows orders that have been postponed for completion at a later date, so you can track their updated timelines.

Shopping Cart

When your cart has items, a Checkout button - - will show at the bottom right of each page.

When you hover over the button, it expands to show "Checkout".

Clicking the Checkout button opens the Review Order page, where you can see all items in your cart grouped by supplier.
