Users (Supply'd Hub)

Adding a user to Supply’d Hub allows team members to collaborate more efficiently by sharing access to orders, inventory, and customer information in one centralised platform.

Supply’d Hub allows one additional user to be added to the account. Adding a user lets you give a team member access to help manage orders, products, and customers. You can control what the user can view and manage, helping your team collaborate while keeping sensitive information secure.

This document will guide you through:


Adding a User

Go to Users

Click on your name in the top right, then select Users from the menu.

Alternatively, select Settings, then choose Users from the Settings menu.

The Users page will open showing you as a user.

Click Add+

Click on Add+ in the top right.

The Add User form will open.

Complete the fields as follows:

User Details

First Name* [required field]

Enter the user's first name.

Last Name

Enter the user's last name / surname.

Email* [required field]

Add the user's email address.

Mobile

Enter the user's mobile phone number.

Role

Add the user's role within the business.

Timezone

Select the timezone the user is in.

Notifications

Tick the boxes for the notifications you would like this user to receive.

Some of these notifications only apply to the full Supply’d ERP and are not relevant to Supply’d Hub.

Access

Select the Supply'd Lite areas this user can access.

Contact Visibility

Choose if this user should appear as a contact for connected customers.

Click Save

Click to add the user.

The user will appear on the Users list.


Editing a User

If you need to edit a user:

Click on your name in the top right corner and select Users from the menu.

Select the user from the list. The user's details will show.

Click on the 3 dots in the top right and select Edit User.

The Edit User form will open.

Update any details required following the guidelines above for Adding a User.

Click to update the settings.


Removing a User

If you would like to remove the user:

Click on your company name in the top right corner and select Users from the menu.

Select the user from the list. The user's details will show.

Click on the 3 dots in the top right and select Remove User.

You will be asked to confirm.
