Account Settings (Supply'd Hub)

Settings in Supply’d Hub let you customise how your account works. You can manage things like your business details, notification preferences and users - all in one place.

Account Settings in Supply’d Hub let you manage your personal details, notification preferences, and key details in one place. Keeping these settings up to date helps ensure your information is accurate.

My Account

In My Account, you can manage Account Settings such as your personal preferences and security settings. This includes updating your account details, setting up two-factor authentication for added security, managing your notifications, and enabling push notifications to stay updated in real time.

Setting or Editing Your Account Settings

Go to My Account

To set or edit your Account Settings, click on your company name in the top right and select My Account.

The Account Settings form will open.

To open or close the sections on this form click the little arrows to the right of the titles (as circled in red above).

Complete the sections as per the guidelines below:

Account Details

Account Details are filled in during setup and can be updated if needed.

First Name* [required field]

Enter your first name.

Last Name

Enter your last name/surname.

Email* [required field]

Add your work email address.

This is used to login to your account. Updating your email will require you to login with this email address in the future.

Your Mobile

Enter your mobile number.

This is recommended if you enable two-factor authentication (see step 3), as it can be used as a backup if you lose access to your authentication method.

Timezone

Select your time zone.

2 Factor Authentication

Secure your account with 2-factor authentication to help prevent unauthorised access to your account.

Clicking will open the Setup 2FA screen with instructions for setting up 2-factor authentication.

1. Download or open your preferred Authenticator App on your phone or computer. Authy Google Authenticator Microsoft Authenticator

2. Scan the QR code with your authenticator or enter the code manually.

3. After scanning the QR code enter the code from your app below and click .

Notifications

Select the notifications you would like to receive.

Some of these notifications only apply to the full Supply’d ERP and are not relevant to Supply’d Hub.
