Managing Customers (Supply'd Hub)

Manage all your active customers for sales, marketing, and order tracking. View contact details, call history, and account activity in one place.

The Customers page in Supply’d Hub helps you manage all your customer relationships in one place. You can view customer details, track account activity, and access contact and call history to support sales, communication, and order management.

Keeping customer information organised in Supply’d Hub improves visibility, streamlines follow-ups, and supports efficient day-to-day operations. It also helps you build stronger customer relationships, improve communication, and gain a complete overview of each customer’s activity and performance with your business.

This document will guide you through how to manage:


The Customers Page

Selecting Customers from the main menu will show you a list of all your customers, when they placed their last order with you in Supply'd, and their current status.

You will see 3 tabs on the page.

Customers

The Customers tab lists all your customers in one central place, allowing you to manage customer details, sales and marketing information, contacts, and account activity.

Connect

The Connect tab lists all businesses available to connect with on Supply’d. From here, you can send connection requests to start building trading relationships.

Requests

See all customer connection requests that are awaiting your approval, allowing you to quickly manage new customer relationships and grant access as needed.

Customer Details

You can view all the information about a particular customer by selecting them from the list.

Their Details page will open, providing an overview of the customer, including their business name and number, account status, and order statistics.

There are 5 tabs on this page:

About

The About tab shows an overview of the customer’s details.

Contacts

The Contacts tab displays all contacts for this customer.

Locations

The Locations tab lists locations for billing and shipping for this customer.

Sales

The Sales tab displays all orders this customer has placed with you. It is also where you can place orders on behalf of the customer.

Pricing

The Pricing tab allows you to view and set customer-specific discounts for this customer.


Managing Customers

Selecting a customer will open their details.

The various tabs on the page display different information and options. Click a link or tab below to view the details.

About

The About tab displays information about this customer - Business name, ABN, website, number of orders placed, etc.

Details

Shows the customer's Legal Business Name and ABN.

Store Status

Store

The customer's store name(s).

Status

The customer's store current status - either or - colour coded for easy identification.

From this page, you can also manage these connections. You can connect to the customer's stores or disconnect from stores you no longer need access to.

To connect or disconnect a store, click the 3 dots to the right of the store. The menu will show Disconnect if the customer is currently connected, or Connect if the customer is not connected.

A connected store also has the Make Default option, allowing you to set it as the customer’s default store. When a store is set as the default, its status will show both and .

Stats

The number of orders the customer has placed with you, amount spent, date of their last order.


Additional Options for the Customers List

Clicking on the 3 dots in the top right of the Customers page will open a menu.

The Get Invite Link option generates a unique link you can send to customers to invite them to join Supply’d.


Bulk Actions

Selecting one or more customers from the list and then clicking the button will open a menu with the options for those customers.

Selecting Export will download the selected information for the selected customers in a spreadsheet.

  • Customer Data Downloads a file of all customer information, including account details and addresses.

  • Locations Shows all delivery or trading addresses linked to a customer. A customer can have multiple locations.

  • Contacts Lists people linked to the customer account, such as buyers or accounts staff, along with their contact details.


Editing a Customer

Editing a customer allows you to update their details, preferences, and settings to ensure their information stays accurate and up to date.

Select the Customer

  1. Select Customers from the main menu.

  2. Select the customer you would like to edit.

The customer's Details page will open.

Select Edit Customer

Click on the 3 dots in the top right and select Edit Customer.

The Edit Customer form will open.

Complete the form following the guidelines below.

Company Details

Company Name, Company Logo, ABN and Website fields are automatically populated from the customer's Supply’d account and cannot be edited by you.

Settings

Payment Terms

This defines the payment terms applied to the customer’s invoices. Leave blank to use the default terms set in your Customer Settings (Supply'd Hub).

Enter the number of days and then select one of the following:

  • Days: The number of days after the invoice date that payment is due.

  • Days EOM: Payment is due a set number of days after the EOM (end of the month) in which the invoice was issued.

  • Days EOW: Payment is due a set number of days after the EOW (end of the week) in which the invoice was issued.

  • Pre-paid: The payment must be made in advance, before the goods are delivered.

Credit Limit

Enter the maximum amount this customer can have on unpaid invoices. Leave blank to not apply a credit limit.

Notes

Add any internal notes about this customer. These are for internal use only and are not visible to the customer.

Advanced

Order Alert

Add an internal alert to show when creating an order for this customer. This alert is not visible to customers.

Click Save

Click to apply the updated details.


Removing a Customer

  1. Select Customers from the main menu.

  2. Select the customer you would like to remove. The customer's Details page will open.

Click on the 3 dots in the top right and select Remove Customer.

You will be asked to confirm.

Filtering & Searching the Customer List

The 3 lines beside the 3 dots in the top right corner on the Customers page allows you to filter the Customers list, while the magnifying glass lets you search for specific customers.

Clicking the three lines opens the Filter Customers form, where you can access all available filtering options.

Company Name

A company name to search for in your customer list.

Group

Ignore. Supply'd Hub does not support customer groups.

Status

Select the Status(es) you would like to filter the list by.

State

Select a state that you wish to filter your Customer List by.

Suburb

Enter a suburb that you wish to filter your Customer List by.

Postcode

Enter a postcode that you wish to filter your Customer List by.

Customer Status

Filter by Customer Status, either Active or Removed. Selecting Removed allows you to view and re-activate removed customers.

Click to apply your selections and filter the Customers list.
