# Copy of Connecting to Customers (Supply'd Hub)

The **Customers** page in Supply’d Hub helps you manage all your active customer relationships in one place. You can view customer details, track account activity, and access contact and call history to support sales, communication, and order management. Keeping customer information organised in Supply’d Hub helps improve visibility, streamline follow-ups, and support efficient day-to-day operations.

{% hint style="success" %}
To add customers to your account you can: \ <br>

* Manually add customers to Supply'd.
* Bulk import customers to Supply'd from a CSV template. \
  👉 See the [Bulk Importing of Customers](/supplyd-erp/customers/bulk-importing-of-customers.md) document.
* Request to connect to a customer already using Supply'd.
* Accept a request from a retailer that uses Supply'd.

<br>

{% hint style="warning" %}
Since Supply’d Hub is designed for suppliers to connect with retailers already using the platform, the main benefit comes from trading with connected Supply’d customers. Suppliers can manually add custom customers; however, because those customers are not on the Supply’d platform, features such as sending offers and promotions will not be available for them.
{% endhint %}

{% endhint %}

This document will guide you through adding customers, including:

* [#the-customers-page](#the-customers-page "mention")
* [#adding-a-customer](#adding-a-customer "mention")
* [#connect](#connect "mention")
* [#requests](#requests "mention")

## The Customers Page

Selecting **Customers** from the main menu will show you a list of all your customers, when they placed their last order with you in Supply'd, and their current status.&#x20;

You will see 3 tabs on the page.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://help.supplyd.co/supplyd-hub/customers/copy-of-connecting-to-customers-supplyd-hub.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
