# About Supply'd Hub

Supply’d Hub is a platform where suppliers can showcase and range their products with retailers. Suppliers can list their products, connect with current and potential customers, and present their product range to businesses such as grocery stores and supermarkets for ranging consideration and future supply opportunities.

### Supply’d Hub – Overview and How It Works

Supply’d Hub is a platform that enables suppliers to showcase their products, connect with retailers, and manage product ranging opportunities within Supply’d.

#### Supplier Setup and Connections

Suppliers can add and manage their products within Supply’d Hub. Once set up, they can connect with retailers through the **Suppliers/Connect** tab or respond to connection opportunities in the **Requests** tab.

After a connection is established, retailers can view the supplier and their product range. From there, retailers may choose to range selected products. Once ranged, products become available for purchase through Supply’d in the same way as standard suppliers. Sales are recorded in the supplier’s Hub account as standard sales orders, with limited functionality under the free account structure.

#### Sending Product Offers

Suppliers can also actively promote their products by sending offers to connected retailers. Offers can be created in bulk or individually from the Products section.

The process includes:

* Selecting one or more connected retail customers
* Choosing the relevant products
* Adding notes or context (e.g. promotion details or unique selling points)
* Applying discounts if required
* Reviewing and sending the offer

Retailers receive these offers for review and can view them per product.

#### Retailer Experience

Retailers can manage incoming offers in the **Products → Offers** tab. From here, they can:

* Review product offers
* Request samples
* Reject offers
* Range products for their store

When a product is ranged, it is added to the retailer’s assortment and becomes available for purchasing through Supply’d. All updates are reflected on the product page, ensuring clear visibility between suppliers and retailers.
