# The Suppliers Page
The Suppliers page provides a central hub for keeping supplier information organised and managing your purchasing activities efficiently.
The **Suppliers** page in Supply’d provides a central location to view and manage all your suppliers, including those connected through Supply’d and any **Custom Suppliers** you have added manually. From here, you can review supplier details, access contacts, locations and products, and manage associated orders and promotions. You can also add new suppliers, update existing records, and use search and filters to quickly find the suppliers you need.

## The Suppliers Page
To view the **Supplier Page**, Select **Suppliers** from the main menu.

Supplier statuses will appear on the **Suppliers** list in various colours for easy identification of the supplier type:
- A business that is already on Supply'd.
- A supplier that is not on Supply'd and that you have added to your Supply'd account.
- A supplier you’ve requested to connect with, but who has not yet approved your request.

#### Connect Tab
The **Connect** tab displays suppliers available to connect with on Supply’d. Select a supplier to view their supplier details, products, and other information before connecting with them.

#### Requests Tab
The **Requests** tab displays supplier connection requests you have received on Supply’d. From here, you can review each request and approve or decline suppliers you would like to trade with.

The number displayed in the red circle in the top right of the **Requests** tab indicates how many active supplier connection requests you currently have.\

#### Promotions Tab
The **Promotions** tab displays all promotions sent to you from your connected Supply'd suppliers. From this tab, you can view and manage current and upcoming promotions, including the products, promotional pricing, and promotion dates, providing a central location to review all promotions offered by your suppliers.
Select a **Promotion** to open its details and view all information associated with it, including the supplier, products included, promotional pricing, promotion dates, eligibility, and current promotion status.

#### Groups Tab
The **Groups** tab displays suppliers that have been organised into **Supplier Groups**, making it easier to manage suppliers that are commonly used together. Groups can be created based on how you organise your purchasing, such as **Refrigerated Suppliers** or **Local Suppliers**.
When placing an order, you can select a **Supplier Group** to quickly include the suppliers within that group rather than selecting each supplier individually. This helps streamline ordering and keeps your supplier list organised.
Click on a **Supplier Group** to view all suppliers assigned to that group. From here, select a supplier to open their **Supplier Page** and view their details and information.

## Supplier Details
Click on a supplier to open their **Supplier Page**, where you can view and manage all information associated with that supplier. This includes their contact details, payment terms, delivery schedules, products, pricing, and order history. You can also place new orders, manage existing orders, and keep track of your activity with the supplier from one central location.
