# Supply'd Stores
Setting up a Supply’d store helps streamline order management, track inventory by location, and customise settings for each store to improve efficiency and organisation.
A **Supply’d Store** is a digital sales channel within your company. Stores operate within the Supply’d platform & allow you to organise & manage different areas of your business separately.
You can create multiple stores to separate sales channels, product ranges or brands, such as retail & wholesale sales, refrigerated & ambient products, or different brands operating under the same company.
Each store can have its own contact details, branding, warehouse mappings, shipping zones & other settings, allowing you to manage sales orders, customer connections & communications according to the needs of each sales channel.

**Using Multiple Stores in Supply’d**
You can set up multiple stores in Supply’d to organise your products, orders, and operations more effectively. Multiple stores are useful in scenarios such as:
* **Different brands under the same company** – Keep products for each brand separate for easier management and reporting.
* **Separate sales orders by delivery schedules** – For example, some items may only be deliverable on certain days, while others on different days.
* **Separate products by type** – Such as ambient vs refrigerated items, which may require different trucks or schedules, preventing customers from combining incompatible items into a single order.
* **Different wholesale facilities or currencies** – Manage pricing, stock, and orders for different customer groups, regions, or currencies.
Using multiple stores adds an extra layer of structure, making it easier to manage complex operations while keeping products, orders, and customers organised.

**Important:** Stores are not physical inventory locations, so inventory cannot be tracked separately for each store. Inventory is managed at the warehouse level, with stores mapped to the relevant warehouses.

## Creating a Supply'd Store

#### Go to Settings
Click on your company name in the top right and select **Settings**.

#### Select Supply'd Stores
Select **Supply'd Stores** from the **Settings** menu.
The **Supply'd Stores** page will open, listing any stores you have set up in Supply'd.

The **Supply’d Stores** list can be rearranged by clicking the 3 lines to the left of a store and dragging it to your desired position.

#### Click Add+
Click **Add+** in the top right.
The **Add Store** form will open.

To open or close the sections on this form click the little arrows to the right of the titles (as circled in red above).

### Store Details
**Store Name**
The **Store Name** – typically the trading name of the business operating this store.
**Store Logo**
Upload your store’s logo. Supported file types are **JPG** and **PNG**.
**Business Number\* \[required field]**
Your business number. Commonly known as ABN or NZBN depending on the region. The number must be valid and active. Your legal company name will automatically be pulled from the business registration database.
**Company Legal Name\* \[required field]**
This is automatically pulled from the business registration database after entering your business number and cannot be edited.
**Currency\* \[required field]**
Select your primary trading currency from the drop-down menu.
**Website**
Enter the website address for your store.
**Support Email**
The email address customers or suppliers can use for enquiries or issues.
**Support Phone**
The phone number(s) customers or suppliers can use for enquiries or issues.
**Description**
A brief overview of your store, its offerings, or any relevant information you want to share.
**Business Categories**
Select the category or categories that best suit your business.

**Company Settings**
Changes made in [Company Settings](/supplyd-erp/settings/company-settings.md) are not automatically applied to your stores. This allows businesses to operate different brands or legal entities under the same parent company.
If you update details such as the business number, legal name, contact information or logo, review the settings for each store and update them where required. Otherwise, stores may continue displaying outdated information.

### Settings
**Order Minimums**
Whether or not to apply a minimum order requirement for customers purchasing from this store.
**Public**
Choose whether this store is open to connection requests:
* **Yes** - The store will accept connection requests.
* **No** - Connections are by invitation only.
**Default Warehouse**
Select the warehouse to which this store’s sales orders will be mapped by default. This can be overridden using shipping rules for more complex setups.
**Shipping Zones**
Set specific shipping zones allowed for this store. Leave blank to allow all zones.

**Colour**
Choose a colour to represent sales from this store in the order list.
**When To Generate Invoices**
Select when invoices should be generated for Sales Orders placed through this store.
* **Use Default** - Uses the default invoice generation settings.
* **Manually** - Invoices must be generated manually for each Sales Order.
* **When Packed** - An invoice is automatically generated for each Sales Order when it is marked as **Packed**.
* **When Shipped** - An invoice is automatically generated for each Sales Order when it is marked as **Shipped**.
* **Daily** - A consolidated invoice is generated at the end of each day for eligible shipped Sales Orders.
* **Weekly** - A consolidated invoice is generated at the end of each week for eligible shipped Sales Orders.
* **Monthly** - A consolidated invoice is generated at the end of each month for eligible shipped Sales Orders.
**Sell Product Prices Include Tax**
Select whether product prices are entered including or excluding tax when adding products in Supply’d, or choose **Use Default** to apply the default tax setting.
* **Use Default** - Uses the default tax setting configured in Supply’d.
* **No** - Product prices are entered excluding tax.
* **Yes** - Product prices are entered including tax.
**Payment Bank Details**
Enter the bank account details customers should use when making payments for invoices issued through this store. These details will appear on invoices to help customers make payments to the correct account.

## Editing a Supply'd Store
Editing a supplier in Supply’d lets you update or correct any details for suppliers you’ve already added, ensuring your records stay accurate and up to date.
