Account Settings

Managing your account details in Supply’d ensures your information stays up to date and secure. You can easily update personal details, change passwords, set preferences, and manage security settings.

In Account Settings, you can manage your personal preferences and security settings. This includes updating your account details, setting up two-factor authentication for added security, managing your notifications, and enabling push notifications to stay updated in real time.

Account Settings you can manage are:


Setting or Editing Your Account Settings

Go to My Account

To set or edit your Account Settings, click on your company name in the top right and select My Account.

The Account Settings form will open.

Complete the sections as per the guidelines below:

Account Details

This section allows you to modify/update your personal account details.

First Name* [required field]

Enter your first name.

Last Name

Enter your last name/surname.

Email* [required field]

Enter your work email address.

This is used to login to your account. Updating your email will require you to login with this email address in the future.

Your Mobile

Add your mobile number.

This is recommended if you enable two-factor authentication, as it serves as a backup if you lose access to your authentication method.

Timezone

Select your time zone.

2 Factor Authentication

Secure your account with 2-factor authentication to help prevent unauthorised access to your account.

Click to open the Setup 2FA screen with instructions for setting up 2-factor authentication.

  1. Download or open your preferred Authenticator App on your phone or computer. Authy Google Authenticator Microsoft Authenticator

  2. Scan the QR code with your authenticator or enter the code manually.

  3. After scanning the QR code enter the code from your app below and click .

Notifications

Select the notifications you would like to receive.

Enable Push Notifications

Toggle on if you would like to enable push notifications on this device.

After toggling on you will need to grant permission for us to send you push notifications.

After clicking you can allow push notifications.

This may look a little different depending the platform you are using.

Click to apply your settings.
