# Pick & Pack (Scanner)

Using a Supply’d handheld scanner for Pick & Pack makes order fulfilment faster, easier, and more accurate. Instead of manually checking items, staff can scan products directly as they pick and pack, ensuring the correct quantities and items are included in each order. This reduces errors, speeds up workflow, and keeps inventory updated in real time — helping your team stay efficient and customers satisfied.

In this document, we will guide you through the process of picking and packing orders, providing detailed explanations and helpful insights for:

* [#starting-a-pick-and-pack](#starting-a-pick-and-pack "mention")
* [#single-pick](#single-pick "mention") - Picking a Single Order
* [#cluster-pick](#cluster-pick "mention") **-** Picking Multiple Orders at Once to Tub on a Trolley
* [#pack](#pack "mention") - Packing an Order
