# The Products Page
The Products page makes it easier to manage your product catalogue, quickly find products, and keep product information accurate and up to date.
The **Products** page in Supply’d provides a central place to view and manage all the products you buy, sell, or produce. From here, you can search and filter products, view key details such as name, SKU, supplier, price, and stock levels, and manage information including pricing, purchasing, labelling, and sales channels. You can also add new products, edit existing products, and manage stock, making it easier to keep your product catalogue organised and up to date.
This document explains the main features of the **Products** page and how to use them to efficiently manage your product catalogue.

## The Products Page
Selecting **Products** from the main menu displays a list of all your products, including key information such as the product name, SKU, supplier, price, stock levels, and current status.
You will see 3 tabs on the page, providing access to different product information and options.

You will see colour-coded product types beside each product for easy identification.
**-** The most common product type. It is a single product with no advanced traits.
- A bundle of multiple products within one parent product.
**-** A product that is made up of a number ingredients produced at the time of sale, eg. a burger at a restaurant.
- A shipping carton that can be used at the packing stage.
**-** A gift note/card that can be configured to be automatically generated and printed.
- A product that can be manufactured using the production module. When "Production" is selected, additional sections will appear.
**-** A product that can be broken down within the production module to make other products.

**Pricing Tab**
Under the **Pricing** tab, the **Pricing Schedule** displays all of your products with upcoming price changes.

**Offers Tab**
The **Offers** tab lists any product offers you've received from suppliers.

In the **Offers** tab, retailers can review offers. From there, they can range the product (which creates their own ranged version of the product), request samples, or reject the offer. All updates are reflected on the product page. Once a retailer ranges a product, they can begin purchasing it through Supply’d.
While offers are commonly used by retailers purchasing products for resale, they can also be used by other businesses. For example, a manufacturer may receive offers from suppliers for ingredients or materials used in production.

#### Product Details
Select a product to open its **Product Details** page, where you can view all information associated with the product.

### Additional Options
Click on the 3 dots in the top right of the **Products** page to open a menu containing additional options.

#### Import
Select **Import** to upload product information into Supply’d using a CSV file. This allows you to add new products or update multiple existing products at once, saving time and reducing the need to enter or edit product information individually.
* **Products** - Import product information in bulk, including product details, descriptions, and other product settings.
* **Sales Channels** - Import sales channel assignments to control which products are available through specific stores, channels, or marketplaces.
* **Pricing** - Import product pricing information to create or update prices across multiple products and customers at once.
* **Production Stages** - Import production stages used to manage and track products through the different steps of the production or preparation process.
* **Production Items** - Import the ingredients, components, or other items used to produce a product, helping maintain accurate production information and inventory records.

#### Export
Select **Export** to download your product data as a spreadsheet file. This is useful for reviewing and analysing your product information, making changes in bulk, or keeping a copy of your product data for reference.
* **Products** - Export your product information, including product details and settings, for review, reporting, or bulk updates.
* **Pricing** - Export product pricing information, including customer-specific pricing, for review, analysis, or bulk updates.
* **Production Stages** - Export production stages to review or manage the different stages used in your production processes.
* **Production Items** - Export the ingredients, components, or other items used to produce your products for review, reporting, planning, or inventory management.

#### Arrange Categories
Select **Arrange Categories** to change the order of your product categories. Click and drag the 3 lines next to a category, then move it to your preferred position. Arranging categories helps keep your product catalogue organised by allowing you to display categories in an order that best suits your business and makes products easier to find.
