Searching & Filtering the Products List

Using the search and filter options makes it quicker and easier to find and manage products.

The Products Page provides a central place to quickly find, view, and manage products in Supply’d. Using the search and filter options, you can narrow the list to locate a specific product or view a group of products that meet particular criteria. This makes it easier to access the right product information without having to manually browse through the entire list.

On the Products page, select the magnifying glass to search for a specific product by name or keyword.

To narrow the list based on specific criteria, select the 3 lines beside the 3 dots in the top right to open the Filter Offers form. You can use multiple filters together to quickly find the offers relevant to the task you are completing.

You can combine multiple filters to further narrow the product list and quickly find the products you are looking for.

Brand

Select one or more brands to filter the product list. This is useful when you want to view products from a specific brand or compare products across selected brands.

Category

Select one or more categories to filter the product list. This allows you to quickly view products belonging to specific categories without searching through the entire product list.

Tags

Select one or more tags from the drop-down menu to filter the product list by specific product attributes. For example, you can select Gluten Free, Vegan, or other tags to display only products with those tags.

Department

Select one or more departments to filter the product list by. This allows you to quickly view products assigned to a specific department or group of departments.

Name

Enter a product name or keyword to search the product list. This is useful when you want to quickly find a specific product without browsing the entire list.

SKU

Enter a SKU to search the product list. Use this option to quickly locate a product using its unique SKU.

Barcode

Enter a barcode to search the product list. This allows you to quickly find a product using its barcode.t.

Buy/Sell Status

Filter the product list by Buy or Sell to view products based on how they are used. Select Buy to display products you purchase from suppliers, or Sell to display products you sell to customers.

Sale Status

Filter products based on whether they currently have a sale price active. This allows you to quickly view products that are on sale or products that are not currently on sale.

Product Type

Filter products by their product type, such as Standard, Recipe, Gift Card, or other available product types. This is useful when you want to view or manage products of a specific type.

Sales Channel

Select a sales channel to filter the product list by where products are sold. For example, you can filter by your Supply’d Store, Square, Shopify, or other available sales channels.

Product Status

Select the Status you want to filter the product list by. This allows you to view products based on their current status.

Click to apply your selections and filter the Products list.
