# Bundled Products

In Supply’d, the Bundled Product type lets you combine multiple individual products into a single package for sale. Bundled items appear as a single line item in orders and are ideal for meal deals, promotions, or pre-set combos, allowing you to sell several items together as one product while keeping order entry simple and convenient.

**Why Use Bundled Items?**

1. **Simplified Sales**
   * Bundles appear as one line item in a sales order, making order entry quick and customer-friendly.
   * Example: Instead of entering Coffee, Croissant, and Juice separately, you can sell them as a Breakfast Bundle.<br>
2. **Flexible Pricing**
   * Set a fixed price for the whole bundle (eg. “Breakfast Combo – $18”)
   * Great for discounts, promotions, and upselling.<br>
3. **Order Management**
   * Bundles keep orders tidy by showing as one product.
   * You can expand the bundle in the system to see the individual components if needed.

**Examples**

* **Unicorn Bundle** – 1 Pink Chocolate Unicorn + 1 White Chocolate Unicorn + 1 Blue Chocolate Unicorn.
* **Breakfast Bundle** - 1 Coffee + 1 Croissant + 1 Juice.
* **Burger Combo** - 1 Burger + 1 Small Chips + 1 Drink.
* **Gift Hamper** – Assorted Chocolates, Biscuits, Tea, Jam.

This document takes you through the process of adding a **Bundled Product**.&#x20;

## Creating a Bundled Product

* 1 Blue Chocolate Unicorn
* 1 White Chocolate Unicorn

So we have set these up as individual products in Supply’d.

**Copy Items From**

The **Copy Items From** option lets you copy bundled items and their quantities from an existing product into the current bundled product. This is helpful when creating a new bundle that is similar to an existing one.

Instead of manually adding each bundle item, you can select an existing product and automatically duplicate its bundled items. Once copied, you can adjust the quantities or remove items as needed to match the new bundle.

Benefits:

* Saves time by copying items and quantities from an existing bundle.
* Reduces errors and ensures consistency.
* Makes it easy to create similar bundled products quickly.

Example:

You already have a bundled product called “**Office Starter Pack**” that includes:

* 2 × Notebooks
* 1 × Pen Set
* 1 × Desk Organizer

When creating a new bundled product called “**Office Starter Pack - Premium**”, you can use the **Copy Items From** option to copy all items and quantities from the original bundle. You then simply add or adjust items (for example, upgrade the pen set or add a planner) instead of building the bundle from scratch.

<figure><img src="/files/vELuz0vvjOu1DWchPxcd" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

<figure><img src="/files/d2bfBEBLsiGQcp7qXyJL" alt="" width="563"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

<figure><img src="/files/vELuz0vvjOu1DWchPxcd" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

1. Click on or type in the **Copy From Product\*** field to show a list of your products to choose from.&#x20;
2. Click <img src="/files/CTrnO8W8FjFQPxnsc9p2" alt="" data-size="line"> to add these items to the current bundle.
3. You will be asked to confirm as this will override any items you may have already entered.
4. Edit any changes required after the items have been copied.

<figure><img src="/files/vELuz0vvjOu1DWchPxcd" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

**Import Items**

Selecting this opens the **Import Production Items** form allowing you to upload a list of production items from a CSV file, instead of entering them one by one. This is a quick way to set up or update items in bulk, especially helpful when working with a large number of products.
