# Pricing Schedule Bulk Actions
Using Bulk Actions saves time, reduces repetitive tasks, and makes it easier to manage multiple pricing changes efficiently.
**Supply’d** allows you to manage multiple scheduled price changes at once using **Bulk Actions**. Select multiple pricing records to perform actions such as printing shelf tickets, exporting pricing information, or removing scheduled price changes, saving time when managing large numbers of pricing updates.
This document explains how to use **Bulk Actions** to manage scheduled price changes in the **Pricing Schedule**.

## Accessing the Actions Menu
The button on the **Pricing Schedule** page provides options for performing actions in bulk, including printing labels and shelf tickets, exporting the schedule, and removing price changes.

#### Go to the Products Pricing Page
1. Select **Products** from the main menu. The **Products** page will open, displaying a list of all your products.
2. Go to the **Pricing** tab to view a list of products with any upcoming price changes that have been added.

#### Select the Products
Select one or more products from the list by ticking the checkbox beside each product.

Clicking the box beside the button will select all products on the list.\

Use the **Filter Product Pricing** form to narrow the list by specific criteria if you want to perform actions on matching products.

The button remains greyed out and inactive until at least one product is selected. Once you select one or more products, the button turns blue and becomes clickable, allowing you to access the available bulk actions.

#### Product Labels
Opens the **Print Label** page, where you can print labels for the selected products.

Opens the **Print Product Tickets** form, allowing you to print shelf tickets for the selected items.

### Export
Exports the pricing schedule for the selected products to your computer as a spreadsheet, allowing you to review or manage the pricing information outside of Supply’d.

### Remove
Will remove the price change for the selected item(s). You will be asked to confirm.
