Product Details Page
A Product's page provides a central place to view & manage key product information.
A product's page provides a detailed overview of a product and all the key information associated with it. It brings together important product information in one place, making it easy to view details such as pricing, suppliers, stock, sales, purchasing, labelling, and product-specific settings.
This document explains the different sections of a product's page and the information displayed in each section.
Product Page
Selecting Products from the main menu displays a list of all your products.
👉 You can add products by following the steps in the Adding a Product and Adding Products in Bulk documents.
Selecting a product will open its Product page, where you can view all information and details associated with that product.
Left-Hand Panel
The left-hand panel displays the product's key statistics, including stock levels, sales, ordering information, and other relevant product performance data.
Product Photo
Displays the product photo.
Locations
Select the location you would like to view the product information for. You can choose a specific location or select All Locations to view information across all locations.
Your Stock (Available)
Displays the number of units of the product currently available in stock at the selected location.
On Order (Units)
Displays the number of units currently on order, including stock that is being transferred from another location.
Predicted Sales (14 Days)
Displays the predicted number of units expected to be sold over the next 14 days, based on historical sales data.
Suggested Order (Units)
Displays the recommended number of units to order to help meet the predicted sales for the next 14 days.
Actual Sales (14 Days)
Displays the number of units sold over the past 14 days.
Rate of Sale (Actual)
Displays the average number of units sold per day based on recent actual sales.
Rate of Sale (Predicted)
Displays the average number of units the system predicts will be sold per day, based on forecasted sales.
Yellow Rectangle
Displays information about the most recent order for the product, including how many units were ordered and when the order was placed.
Product Details
The main section on the right-hand side of the page contains detailed information about the product, including product details, suppliers, pricing, labelling, and other relevant product information.
Product Name
Displays the product's brand, name, and size.
Purchasing (If you purchase this product)
Displays the supplier(s) you purchase this product from, as well as other locations where the product is stocked and can be transferred from.
Hover over a supplier to expand the details and view additional information, including:
SKU
Unit Cost
Unit Sell Price
Unit Margin
Use the 
controls to quickly add the product to your order list and adjust the quantity.
Pricing (If product is sold)
Displays the pricing for the product across the various selling platforms you use, such as Supply'd, Shopify, and other connected platforms. It also displays the margins associated with the pricing on each platform.
Ranging
If Place Product Offers To Customers is set to Yes in the Company Setting section of your Company Settings, Ranging section will be displayed.
The Ranging section shows all customers the product has been offered to, including the price offered and the status of each offer. It also shows customers who have purchased the product or had an order placed on their behalf, identified by the 
status.
Clicking on a customer will open the details of the offer made to that customer.
To offer the product to additional customers, select the Offer to Customers button.
Offer statuses are colour-coded for easy identification:
- The offer has been sent and is waiting for the customer to review and respond.
- The customer has requested additional information or feedback before deciding whether to range the product.
- The customer has requested product samples for evaluation.- - The customer has accepted the product and added it to their product range, making it available for ordering.
- The customer has decided not to range the product at this time.
- The offer has been withdrawn and is no longer active or available for the customer to respond to.

Details
Displays the product details entered when the product was added, such as a product Description, Category, Tags, SKU, Barcode, and other product information.
Clicking the arrow (^) to the right of the "Details" will show/hide these details.
Labelling
If you have added ingredient, allergen, or nutritional information to the product, this section will display the information associated with the product, including its ingredients, allergens, and nutritional information.
Production Items
If this is a Production product, this section will display the items allocated to the production, along with a breakdown of the associated costs.
This section is only displayed when the product is a Production type product.

Bundled Items
If this product is a Bundled type product, this section will display the items included in the bundle, along with the associated cost.
This section is only displayed when the product is a Bundled type product.

Breakdown Items
If this product is a Breakdown type product, this section will display the items included in the breakdown, along with an outline of the associated costs.
This section is only displayed when the product is a Breakdown type product.

Recipe Items
If this product is a Recipe type product, this section will display the items used in the recipe.
This section is only displayed when the product is a Recipe type product.

Custom Fields
If you have configured any custom fields in your Product Settings, a Custom Fields section will be displayed. This section shows the custom information entered for the product.
