Placing Offers to Customers

Offers in Supply’d make it easy to showcase new products and provide customer-specific pricing and promotions, helping to increase sales and strengthen customer relationships.

Offers in Supply’d provide a simple way for suppliers to promote products and share customer-specific pricing with your customers. You can create targeted offers for individual customers or groups, highlight new or featured products, and manage promotional pricing from one place. Whether you're introducing a new product, clearing excess stock, or rewarding loyal customers, offers provide an effective way to increase product visibility, drive sales, and encourage customer engagement.

Customers can easily browse and accept available offers, while you, as a supplier, can track performance and manage promotions from a central location. This makes Offers a simple and powerful tool for growing sales and building stronger customer relationships.

This doc will guide you through the offer process, including:

Placing an Offer

Offers on Supply’d Hub help suppliers showcase selected products to a wider audience of retailers and active buyers. Connected retailers can browse available offers and, if interested, accept them directly through the platform.

To participate, the customer must be a Supply’d user and connected to the supplier. Once an offer is accepted, the customer can view the supplier’s product range and choose which products to range. Ranged products then become available for ordering through Supply’d, with purchases recorded as standard sales orders in the supplier’s Hub account.

This provides a simple way for suppliers to gain exposure, attract new customers, and turn promotional offers into ongoing business relationships.

In the example below, we’ve introduced a new product, a Rainbow Unicorn Cupcake, and would like to let our customers know about and offer to them.
