Markdown versions of documentation pages are available by appending `.md` to page URLs; this page is available as [Markdown](https://help.supplyd.co/supplyd-erp/products/offers/accepting-offers-from-suppliers/managing-supplier-offers.md). # Managing Supplier Offers Managing supplier offers makes it easier to discover new products, access special pricing and expand your product range. **Offers** in Supply’d allow you to receive special pricing and new products from connected suppliers using **Supply’d ERP** or **Supply’d Hub**. From the **Offers** page, you can review offer details and pricing, check their status, and accept offers that suit your business needs. You can then choose which products to add to your range. It provides a central place to review new products, view pricing and offer details, and track the status of each offer (such as awaiting feedback, awaiting samples, ranged, or rejected). From this tab, you can open each offer to see full product information, communicate with suppliers, and decide whether to accept, reject, or request samples before adding the product to your range.
{% hint style="success" %} The number of active offers you currently have will be indicated by the number in the red circle at the top right of the **Offers** tab. {% endhint %} {% hint style="success" %} Offer statuses are colour-coded for easy identification:
* - The offer has been sent and is waiting for the customer to review and respond. * - The customer has requested additional information or feedback before deciding whether to range the product. * - The customer has requested product samples for evaluation. * - The customer has accepted the product and added it to their product range, making it available for ordering. * - The customer has decided not to range the product at this time. * - The offer has been withdrawn and is no longer active or available for the customer to respond to.
{% endhint %} *** ### Editing the Layout of the Offers Page Clicking the 3 dots in the top right of the offer product's details page opens a menu with additional options.
**Edit Table Layout** Selecting this opens the **Offers Layout** form, where you can choose which information is displayed on the **Offers** page and the order in which it appears. To reorder the fields, click and hold the three lines next to a field, then drag it to your preferred position.
Click to save the layout. *** ### Offer Details Selecting an **Offer** opens the offer details, including information about the product being offered and the details of the offer.
*** ## Additional Options for an Offer Clicking the 3 dots in the top right of the offer details page opens a menu with additional options.
*** ### Range Product Selecting this option opens the **Add Product** form, where you can enter the required product details and add the product to the range. {% hint style="info" %} Products can also be ranged by clicking the **Range Product** link in the **Purchasing** section of the offer product's details page.\


{% endhint %} If you decide you would like to range the product being offered, and have selected **Ranged** when responding to the offer, the **Add Product** form will open allowing you to add it to your **Products** page.

Click to complete the ranging process and add the offer product to your product catalogue. {% hint style="warning" %} If you do not select , the product will not be ranged or added to your product catalogue. {% endhint %} {% hint style="info" %} **Hub Supplier Buy Prices** When a product is ranged from a Hub supplier, the **supplier’s price is the source of truth**. Customers can change the purchasing unit, such as **Unit** or **Carton**, but cannot edit the buy price directly because it is pulled from the supplier’s Hub setup.\
If the displayed price or purchasing unit is incorrect, it can be resolved in one of two ways:
1. **Correct the buy price during reconciliation:** Enter the correct invoice amount and select **Update Buy Price**. Once the expense is finalised, Supply’d will update the buy price in the customer’s purchasing setup. 2. **Correct the supplier’s Hub setup:** If the supplier has configured the product incorrectly - for example, as sold by unit instead of by carton - the customer should ask the supplier to update the product in Hub. Correcting the source setup prevents the same issue from affecting other customers.
{% endhint %} Once the offered product has been ranged and added to your **Products** page, it becomes part of your catalogue and can be ordered from the supplier through the normal purchasing process. {% hint style="success" %} 👉 For details on purchasing products from a supplier, refer to the [Placing Purchase Orders](/supplyd-erp/purchases/placing-purchase-orders.md) document. {% endhint %} *** ### Add To Favourites Ranges the offered product and adds it to your [Favourites](/supplyd-erp/favourites/favourites.md) list, making it easy to find, review, and order later. *** ## Bulk Actions Clicking the button on the **Products** page allows you to make changes and perform certain actions singularly or in bulk. Selecting one or more products from the list, then clicking the button will open a menu with the options for those products. {% hint style="info" %} The button stays grey and inactive until at least one product is selected. After selecting products, it turns green and becomes clickable. {% endhint %}

{% hint style="success" %} Use the **Filter Products** form to narrow the list by specific criteria if you want to perform actions on matching products. {% endhint %} *** ### Respond This opens the **Respond to Offers** form, allowing you to apply and send the same response to all selected offers at once.
**Status** Choose how you would like to respond to the offer.
* **No Change** - No changes will be made to the current status of the offer. * **Awaiting Feedback** - You are reviewing the offer, discussing it internally or waiting for more details and haven’t made a decision yet. * **Awaiting Samples** - You’re interested in the product but would like samples before deciding. * **Rejected** - You’ve declined the offer and chosen not to range the product. {% hint style="warning" %} Offer products can only be ranged individually and cannot be ranged in bulk, so **Ranged** will not be an option. {% endhint %} You also have the option to include a message with your response. All messages between you and your supplier are shown on the offer details page as a record of your correspondence. You can continue messaging until you choose to range or reject the product. Your supplier will receive an email for each response, and you’ll also be notified via email when they reply. --- # Agent Instructions This documentation is published with GitBook.
