# Sell Product Details
Completing the Sell Product section helps ensure accurate pricing information is used when selling products in Supply’d.
The **Sell Product** section contains the settings used to configure a product’s pricing in **Supply’d**. This includes setting the product’s price, sale price, taxes and RRP, ensuring the correct pricing information is recorded for the product when it is sold.
This document explains how to complete the **Sell Product** section of the **Add Product** form when adding a new product to Supply’d.

#### Open the Add Product Form
1. Select **Products** from the main menu to open the **Products** page.
2. Click the **Add +** button in the top right to open the **Add Product** form.

#### Complete the Sections up to Sell Product
Following the guidelines for [Adding a Product](/supplyd-erp/products/adding-products/adding-a-product.md), complete the sections up to **Sell Product?**.

#### Complete the Sell Product Details
Toggle on if you sell this product.
**Price (inc tax)\* \[required field]**
Enter the default **sale price** for a carton or unit of the product, **including tax**. This price is used when a sales channel does not have a specific price entered.
**Sale Price (inc tax)**
If the product is on sale, enter the sale price here. Leave blank for no sale price.
**Tax\* \[required]**
Select any taxes, such as **GST**, that apply to the product when it is sold. Leave blank if no tax applies.

**Unit RRP (inc Tax)**
Enter the **recommended retail price (RRP)** for one unit of the product, **including tax**, that a stockist is recommended to charge when selling it to their customers.

**Important:** If you previously sold a product but no longer do, or accidentally enabled **Sell Product** and entered a price, make sure you clear the **Price** before toggling **Sell Product** off. Otherwise, the price may continue to appear in reports, such as in the **Sale Value** column of the **Inventory by Products** report.
To clear the sale value, while the **Sale** toggle is still on, remove the **Price** and select . Then reopen the product for editing, turn the **Sale** toggle off, and select again.
