The **Sell on Supply’d** section contains the settings needed to make a product available for sale through Supply’d. Completing these details ensures the product is correctly configured for customers to view, order, and purchase. This document explains how to complete the **Sell on Supply'd** section of the **Add Product** form when adding a new product to Supply’d. *** ### Completing the Sell on Supply'd Details {% stepper %} {% step %} #### Open the Add Product Form
1. Select **Products** from the main menu to open the **Products** page. 2. Click the **Add +** button in the top right to open the **Add Product** form.

*** {% endstep %} {% step %} #### Complete the Sections up to Sell on Supply'd Following the guidelines for [Adding a Product](/supplyd-erp/products/adding-products/adding-a-product.md), complete the sections up to **Sell on Supply'd**.
*** {% endstep %} {% step %} #### Complete the Sell on Supply'd Section Toggle this on if you want to sell the product through the specified **Supply’d store**.
{% hint style="success" %} In this example, **Sell on Supply’d – Supply’d?**, "**Supply'd**" is the name of the Supply’d store where the product will be sold. This will be the name you chose when setting up your store. For example, if you named your Supply’d store **Fresh Foods**, the section would appear as **Sell on Supply’d – Fresh Foods?**
If you have multiple **Supply’d stores**, a **Sell on Supply’d** section will be displayed for each store, with each section showing its respective store name.

**Supply'd Price (ex tax)** If you want Supply’d to use a different price from the product’s standard price, enter the Supply’d price per unit or carton, excluding taxes such as GST. This price applies and syncs with Supply’d only. Leave blank if the Supply'd price is the same as the product price entered in the **Sell Product** section.
**Supply'd Sale Price (ex tax)** If the product is on sale in Supply’d, enter the sale price per unit or carton, excluding taxes such as GST. Leave blank if the product is not on sale or if the Supply'd sale price is the same as the price entered in the **Sell Product** section.
**Supply'd Tax\* \[required field]** Select whether to use the product’s existing tax settings or apply tax, such as GST, when selling the product on Supply’d.
**Pack In Carton** Select whether or not the product should be packed in a shipping carton when sold on Supply’d.
* **Default -** The product will be packed according to the **Sell Product** setting for the product. * **Yes -** The product will be packed in an aggregated shipping carton during packing. * **No -** The product will be shipped as is, without any additional cartons.
**Sold As** Select whether the product is sold on Supply’d by the **Unit** or as a **Carton**.
When **Carton** is selected, an additional **Carton Qty** field will appear.
**Carton QTY\* \[required field]** Enter the number of units contained in each carton when selling the product on Supply’d.

**Minimum Order** Enter the minimum quantity of the product that customers must order. Customers cannot order less than this quantity. Leave blank if there is no minimum order quantity.
**Quantity Multiple** Enter the quantity multiple that customers must order the product in. Customers can only order quantities that match the specified multiple. For example, if set to **5**, customers can order **5, 10, 15, 20**, and so on. Leave blank if there is no order multiple.
**Visibility\* \[required field]** Select whether or not the product is available for customers to view and purchase in your Supply'd Stores.
* **Visible -** The product is visible to customers whose business type matches an entry in the **Sell To Categories** list. * **Out of Stock -** The product is visible to customers but marked as out of stock and cannot be ordered. * **Not Visible -** The product is hidden from customers and can only be added when manually creating a sales order. * **Specific Customers -** The product is visible only to the customers selected in the **Assign To Customer** field, which appears when this option is selected.
**Assign to Customer** Select the customers who can view and purchase this product. Only the selected customers will be able to order the product. Customers must already be set up as your customers or have been invited to Supply’d.

**Requires Liquor Licence** Select whether or not a liquor licence is required to purchase the product. If **Yes** is selected, the customer must provide a valid liquor licence.
**Restrict By Shipping Zones** If the product is only available in certain shipping zones, select the applicable zones. Leave this field blank if the product is available in all shipping zones. Click the field or start typing to view and select from your available **Shipping Zones**. 👉 See the [Shipping Settings](/supplyd-erp/settings/shipping-settings.md) document for details on setting up shipping zones.
