# Sell on Square Details
Completing the Sell on Square settings helps keep product information accurate and up to date in your Square store, making products easier to manage and sell.
The **Sell on Square** section contains the settings needed to make a product available for sale through your Square store. Completing these details ensures the product is correctly configured and synchronised with Square for customers to view and purchase.
This document explains how to complete the **Sell on Square** section of the **Add Product** form when adding a new product to Supply’d.

### Completing the Sell on Square Details

#### Open the Add Product Form
1. Select **Products** from the main menu to open the **Products** page.
2. Click the **Add +** button in the top right to open the **Add Product** form.

#### Complete the Sections up to Sell on Square
Following the guidelines for [Adding a Product](/supplyd-erp/products/adding-products/adding-a-product.md), complete the sections up to **Sell on Square**.

#### Complete the Sell on Square Section
Toggle this on if you want to sell the product through the specified **Square** store.

In this example, **Sell on Square – Square?**, "**Square**" is the name of the Square store where the product will be sold. This will be the name of your connected Square store.
For example, if you named your Square store **Fresh Foods**, the section would appear as **Sell on Square – Fresh Foods?**
If you have multiple **Square stores** connected to Supply’d, a **Sell on Square** section will be displayed for each store, with each section showing its respective store name.

**Square Price (inc Tax)**
If you want to use a different price for the product in your Square store, you can override it here. This price will sync to **Square only**.
Leave blank if the Square price is the same as the product price entered in the **Sell Product** section.
**Square Sale Price (inc tax)**
If the product is on sale, enter the **Square sale price** here. This price will sync to **Square only**.
Leave blank if the product is not on sale or if the Square sale price is the same as the sale price entered in the **Sell Product** section.
**Square Tax**
If you want to use a different tax for the product in Square, you can override the product tax here. This tax will sync with **Square only**.
Select **Same As Product** to use the product’s default tax setting, or select **GST** (or the applicable tax).
**Pack In Carton**
Select whether the product should be packed in a shipping carton when sold through the **Square** store.
* **Default** - The product will be packed according to the setting selected under **Sell Product** for this product.
* **Yes** - The product will be packed in an aggregated shipping carton during packing.
* **No** - The product will be shipped as is, without any additional cartons.
**Sold As**
Select whether the product is sold on **Square** by the **Unit** or as a **Carton**.
When **Carton** is selected, an additional **Carton Qty** field will appear.
**Carton QTY\* \[required field]**
Enter the number of units contained in each carton when selling the product on **Square**.

This field is only displayed when **Carton** is selected in **Sold As** and is required when **Carton** is selected.

**Square Product Name**
If you want to use a different product name in Square, enter the new name here. This will override the default product name synced to Square.
Leave blank to use the default configured product name.
**Variably Priced**
Select whether or not the product is sold at a specific price or whether staff must enter the price at the point of sale.
**Categories**
Select the **Square categories** you want to feature the product under in your Square store.
**Reporting Category**
Select the reporting category for the product in Square.
Leave blank to use the product’s **Supply’d category**.
**Sales Unit**
Select how the product is sold. The default is **By Item**. If the product is sold by weight or length, select the applicable option.
**Track Inventory**
Select whether you want to track inventory for this product in **Square**.

In general, this field will default to **Yes** when you enable **Sell on Square**.

If you sell the product in more than one **Square Store**, repeat the last step for each store.
