# Starshipit
Integrating **Starshipit** with Supply’d allows you to automate and simplify your shipping process by connecting your orders, fulfilment, and delivery information in one place. This integration ensures accurate shipping labels, real-time tracking updates, and faster order processing - helping you save time, reduce errors, and deliver a smoother experience for your customers.

## Connecting to Starshipit

#### Go to Settings
Click on your company name in the top right and select **Settings**.

#### Select Integrations
Scroll down and select **Integrations** from the **Settings** menu.

#### Click Add+
Click on **Add +** in the top right.
The **Add Integration** page will show.

#### Click Starshipit
Click on the **Starshipit** logo (as circled above).
The **Starshipit Settings** form will open.

The list of additional integrations will vary based on the third-party platforms you’ve connected to Supply’d.

If the **Starshipit Settings** page doesn't appear:
1. Click on your name in the top right corner, and select **Settings.**
2. Scroll down and select **Integrations.**
3. Select **Starshipit** from the **Integrations** list.
You can also follow these steps if you need to make changes to the settings at a later date.

### **Starshipit Settings**
**Integration Name\* \[required field]**
Enter a name for this integration.
**Webhook URL**
It is strongly recommended that you add this webhook URL to your Starshipit account. You can do so under Settings > Tracking & Notifications > Notification endpoint. This will ensure prompt updates of tracking changes into Supply'd.
**API Key\* \[required]**
Enter your Starshipit API key. This can be found in your Starshipit account under Settings > API.
**Subscription Key**
Enter your Starshipit Subscription key. This can be found in your Starshipit account under Settings > API.

### Sync to Supply'd Orders?
Toggle on to to sync Supply'd orders to Starshipit.
**Sync Historical Supply'd Orders**
Choose whether or not to send historical Supply'd orders to Starshipit.
Select "**No**" if you would only like to send future orders to Starshipit.

To define which Supply'd orders should be sent to Starshipit, update your [Shipping Settings](/supplyd-erp/settings/shipping-settings.md#shipping-rules) accordingly. Supply'd orders will only sync for the defined shipping rules. Please save your Starshipit settings before configuring/updating your shipping rules.

### Sync \[Channel]
Toggle on to sync \[Channel] - \[Integration] orders to Starshipit.
We are using Shopify here as the example.
**Sync Historical \[Channel] Orders**
Choose whether or not to send historical \[Channel] orders to Starshipit.
Select **No** if you would only like to send future orders to Starshipit.
**Sync \[Channel] Orders Using**
Choose how to map \[Channel] orders to Starshipit - either using Shipping Rules or by sending all orders from this sales channel.

### Sync Other Platforms
For other platforms, such as, WooCommerce, Square etc. that you would like to sync, toggle on and complete the fields as explained above.

#### Click Save
Click to add the Starshipit integration.

## Editing the Starshipit Integration
If you like to edit the Starshipit integration:

Click on your company name in the top right corner and select **Settings** from the menu.

Scroll down and select **Integrations**.

Select **Starshipit** from the **Integrations** list. The **Starshipit Settings** page will open.

Update any details required following the guidelines above for [#connecting-to-starshipit](#connecting-to-starshipit "mention").

Click to update the settings.

## Disconnecting from Starshipit
If you like to disconnect from Starshipit:

Click on your company name in the top right corner and select **Settings** from the menu.

Scroll down and select **Integrations**.

Select **Starshipit** from the **Integrations** list.

Click on the 3 dots in the top right corner and select **Remove Integration.**
You will be asked to confirm.
