Favourites

Adding favourites in Supply’d makes reordering faster and more convenient. Easily access your most-ordered items, saving time and effort.

The Favourites page in Supply’d is designed to give you quick access to the products you order most frequently. It consolidates your commonly used products in one place, making it faster and easier to find and reorder them.

Key Features:

  • Grouped by Supplier: Products are organised under the supplier they come from, so you can easily see where each product is sourced.

  • Product Details: Each product displays key information such as the name, image, price, and supplier.

  • Automatic Addition: Products you order from suppliers are automatically added to Favourites.

  • Manual Management: You can also manually add or remove products from Favourites.

  • Reordering Ease: Quickly reorder products without searching through the full product list.

  • Custom Organisation: Rearrange suppliers in the Favourites list to prioritise your most-used suppliers.

Example Use Case:

  • If you frequently order “Pink Chocolate Unicorns” from Supplier A, this product will appear in your Favourites list under Supplier A, allowing you to reorder it quickly without searching through all products.

The Favourites Page

Selecting Favourites in the main menu displays a list of products with photos (if added to during product set up) and prices, grouped by supplier. Products you order from suppliers are automatically added to Favourites, making them easy to find and reorder.


Ordering from Favourites

To re-order any product on your Favourites list, simply add the number you would like to order using "+" to add them to your cart.

Managing Favourites

Bulk Actions

Clicking the button on the Favourites page allows you to make changes and perform certain actions singularly or in bulk.

Selecting one or more products from the list, then clicking the button will open a menu with the options for those products.

This button stays greyed out and inactive until at least one product is selected. After selecting products, the button turns green and becomes clickable.

Adding a Favourite

Favourites can also be managed at the supplier level, letting you add or remove products from your Favourites list for each supplier.

Go to the Supplier's Page

Click on the supplier's name whose product you would like to add to favourites.

Alternatively:

  1. Select Suppliers from the main menu.

  2. Select the supplier.

The supplier's profile page will open.

Go to the Products Tab

Open the Products tab to view a list of the supplier's products.

Select the Product(s)

Select the products you would like to add to your Favourites list by ticking the boxes beside them, as explained in Bulk Actions above.

Select Favourites > Add

Click on the button and select Favourites, then Add.

You will be asked to confirm.

Click .

The product will show on the Favourites page.


Removing a Favourite

Click on the supplier's name whose product you would like to remove from favourites.

Open the Favourites tab to view a list of your favourited products from the supplier.

Select the products you would like to remove from your Favourites list by ticking the boxes beside them.

Click on the button and select Favourites, then Remove.

You will be asked to confirm.

Click .


Rearranging the Favourites List

To rearrange the order in which suppliers appear on the Favourites list:

Click on the 3 dots in the top right and select Arrange Suppliers.

A list of your suppliers will open.

Click and drag the 3 lines next to a supplier's name to move it into a new position.

Your changes will be saved automatically.

Click the X in the top right above the list to close.


Filtering Favourites

On the Favourites page, the 3 lines next to the 3 dots in the top right let you filter the product list, while the magnifying glass allows you to search for specific items.

Clicking on the magnifying glass, you can search the favourites list by product name, SKU or category.

Clicking the 3 lines opens the Filter Favourites form, giving you access to all available filtering options. You can select one or multiple options to filter by.

Brand

Select the brand(s) that you would like to filter the list by.

Category

Choose the category, or categories, that you would like to filter the list by.

Tags

Select the tag(s) that you would like to filter the list by from the drop-down menu, eg. gluten-free, vegan etc.

Department

Select the department(s) you would like to filter the favourites products by.

You will only be able to filter by Department if you’ve set up optional Departments within your Locations and assigned a Department when adding the product.

Name

Enter a name to search for in your product list.

SKU

Enter a SKU to search for in your product list.

Barcode

Enter a barcode to search for in your product list.

Sale Status

Filter products based on whether they have a sale price active.

Click to apply your selections and filter the Products list.
