# Customer Sales
Managing Customer Sales provides a clear overview of customer purchases, helping you track sales activity, monitor transactions, and manage customer relationships more effectively.
The **Customer's Sales** tab provides a central view of sales activity for each customer in Supply’d. From here, you can review sales orders, invoices, and other transaction details, making it easier to track purchases and manage ongoing customer activity.
This document briefly explains the **Sales** tab on a customer's page.

## The Customer Sales Tab
The **Sales** tab on a customer’s page lists the sales activity associated with the customer, providing a central location to view and manage sales orders and related information.
To view a customer’s sales:
1. Select **Customers** from the main menu.
2. Select a customer to open their details.
3. Select the **Sales** tab.

Order statuses will appear on the **Sales Orders** list in various colours for easy identification.
* - The order has been placed.
* - Products have been picked and the order is ready for packing.
* - The order has been packed and is ready for shipping.
* - The order has been shipped to the customer.
* - The order has been completed.
* - The order has temporarily been placed on hold.
* - The order is currently being prepared and has not yet been placed.
* - The order has been cancelled.
* - The customer's payment failed to go through.
* - The order is pending payment.

Click on an order to open its details, where you can review the products, quantities, pricing, delivery information, customer details, and current order status.

## Creating a Sales Order

#### Go to the Orders Tab
1. Select **Customers** from the main menu to view a list of all your customers.
2. Select the customer that you would like to place the order for.
3. Go to the **Orders** tab to view all orders placed by or on behalf of this customer.

Click **Add+** in the top right.
The **Add Order** form will open.
