# Customer Pantry List
Managing Customer Pantry Lists makes it easier to track frequently ordered products, speed up order creation, and provide a more personalised ordering experience.
A **Pantry List** is a list of products a customer regularly orders or keeps in their "pantry". Under the **Pantry** tab, you can create and manage the customer’s pantry list, view products by category, and create a Sales Order visually. You can also choose to display the customer’s last ordered items, making it easier to track preferred products and add commonly ordered items to future orders.
This document explains how to view, add, edit, and manage **Customer Call Logs** in Supply’d.

## The Customer Pantry Tab
The **Pantry** tab on a customer’s page lists the products associated with the customer’s pantry, providing a central location to view and manage their regularly ordered products and pantry items.
To view a customer’s pantry:
1. Select **Customers** from the main menu.
2. Select a customer to open their details.
3. Select the **Pantry** tab.

Select **Pantry List**, **Recently Ordered**, or a specific product category to filter the products displayed in the customer’s pantry. This makes it easier to find regularly ordered items, recently purchased products, or products within a particular category.

Selecting an item from the list will open the product’s details, where you can view the product information.

## Adding a Pantry Item

#### Go to the Customer's Pantry Tab
1. Select **Customers** from the main menu.
2. Select the customer.
3. Go to the **Pantry** tab.

#### Click Add+
To add an item to the list, click **Add +** in the top right.
The **Add Products To Pantry List** form will open.

#### Select the Products
**Products\* \[required field]**
Click on, or type in, the **Products** field and select the products.
Click to add them to the **Pantry List**.
The products will show on the list with images for easy ordering.

The Pantry List is also an excellent tool for sales reps to introduce new products to customers. By adding items that may be relevant or of interest, reps can highlight potential additions to the customer’s regular orders. These suggested products appear when the rep is creating an order, making it easy to recommend new offerings, encourage upselling, and tailor the ordering experience to the customer's preferences and needs.

### Removing a Pantry List Item - Actions Button

Go to the Customer's Pantry Tab
1. Select **Customers** from the main menu.
2. Select the customer whose **Pantry Item** you would like to remove..
3. Go to the **Pantry** tab.

Tick the checkbox to the left of each product you would like to remove.

Click on . A menu will open.
Click **Remove From Pantry**. You will be asked to confirm.
Click .

You also have the option to **Send To Favourites**. This option allows you to add selected **Customer Pantry Items** to the **Favourites** list. This makes frequently ordered products easier to find and quickly add when creating future orders.

If you select **Recently Ordered** or one of the categories from the drop-down menu (instead of **Pantry List**), the menu will have the option to add the selected products to the pantry list.\

## Ordering from the Pantry List

2. Select the customer.
3. Go to the **Pantry** tab.

Select **Pantry List**, **Recently Ordered**, or a specific category from the drop-down menu to filter and view the customer’s pantry items.

#### Select the Items
Add items to an order by clicking the beside the items.

#### Click Create Order
Click to generate the order, making it ready for review and sending.
