
Customer Contacts
Managing Customer Contacts helps keep contact information accurate and up to date, making it easier to communicate with the right people and manage orders efficiently.
Customer Contacts allow you to maintain the people associated with each customer, including their contact details and relevant information. Keeping contact information accurate and up to date helps ensure the right people can be reached for orders, deliveries, invoicing, and general communication.
This document explains how to view, add, edit, and manage Customer Contacts in Supply’d.
The Customer Contacts Tab
The Contacts tab on a customer’s page lists the contacts associated with the customer, providing a central location to view and manage customer contacts and their details.
To view a customer’s contacts:
Select Customers from the main menu.
Select a customer to open their details.
Select the Contacts tab.

Click on a contact to view their details.

Contact Details
Details relating to this Contact - Email, Mobile & Phone Numbers.
Settings
Additional settings for the Contact, such as, any notifications that should be sent to this contact.
Adding a Contact
Initial contact details are added when first creating the customer (see Adding a Customer). Additional contacts can be added from this page.

Complete the Form



First Name
Enter the first name of a representative/contact for the customer's business/company.

Last Name
Add the last name/surname of a representative/contact for the customer's business/company.

Role/Department
Enter the contact’s role or department (eg. Store Manager, Accounts). This information will be displayed in the contacts list and on the contact’s details page.

Enter a contact email for the customer.

Mobile
Add a contact mobile phone number for the customer.

Phone
Add a contact phone number for the customer.


Settings
Additional settings for managing the contact and controlling their communication preferences.



Locations
Select the locations for which the contact will receive order notifications.

Notifications
Select the types of notifications the contact will receive.
Order Emails – Sends order-related emails to the contact.
Delivery Emails – Sends delivery-related emails to the contact.
Invoice Emails – Sends invoice-related emails to the contact.
Recall SMS – Sends product recall notifications to the contact by SMS.
Order SMS – Sends order-related notifications to the contact by SMS.
Delivery SMS – Sends delivery-related notifications to the contact by SMS.
Recall Emails – Sends product recall notifications to the contact by email.
Product Offer Emails – Sends emails to the contact about product offers and promotions.

Notes
Add any relevant internal notes about the contact. These notes are for internal reference only and are not visible to customers.

Editing a Contact
You can only edit contacts that you have added yourself.
Select the customer whose contact you would like to edit:
Select Customers from the main menu.
Select the customer.
Select the contact you would like to edit:
Go to the Contacts tab.
Select the contact.
Click the 3 dots on the top right and select Edit Contact.



The Edit Contact form will open.

Click
to apply the changes.

Removing a Contact
You can only remove contacts that you have added yourself.
Select the customer whose contact you would like to remove:
Select Customers from the main menu.
Select the customer.
Select the location you would like to remove:
Go to the Contacts tab.
Select the contact.
Click the 3 dots on the top right and select Remove Contact.



You will be asked to confirm.
