By assigning a customer to a group (eg. wholesale, retail, VIP), the system automatically applies the group’s pricing rules to their orders. Select **Customers** from the main menu. 2. Go to the **Groups** tab. 3. Select the **Group**. 4. Go to the **Pricing** tab. The **Pricing** tab shows any special pricing or discounts applied to the customer group. You can also add new group pricing here.
*** ## Adding Customer Group Pricing {% stepper %} {% step %} #### Go to the Customers Groups Page Select the group you would like to add pricing for.
1. Select **Customers** from the main menu. 2. Go to the **Groups** tab. 3. Select the group.
*** {% endstep %} {% step %} #### Go to the Pricing Tab Go to the **Pricing** tab. If you have added any pricing for the group it will show here.
*** {% endstep %} {% step %} #### Click Add+ Click or **Add+** in the top right.
{% hint style="info" %} The button is only displayed when no pricing has previously been added to the customer group. To add additional pricing, use **Add +**. {% endhint %}
The **Add Customer Pricing** form will open.
Complete the sections as follows:
*** {% endstep %} {% step %} #### Store Choose which store the Customer Group-specific pricing will apply to. If you have multiple stores, select the relevant store to ensure the pricing is applied to the correct location.

**Adjustment Type** Select the type of price adjustment. Depending on your selection, an additional field will appear, allowing you to enter the relevant adjustment.
* **Price Override:** Override the price to a new price, eg. $9.90.\
* **Increase $:** Increase by a fixed dollar amount, eg. $5 increase.
* **Increase %:** Increase by a percentage amount, eg. 10% increase.
* **Discount $:** Discount by a fixed dollar amount, eg. $5 off.
* **Discount %:** Discount by a percentage amount, eg. 10% off.\
*** {% endstep %} {% step %} #### Apply Adjustment Where to apply the adjustment.
**Apply Adjustment To\* \[required]** Choose whether you want to apply the pricing adjustment to **All Products** or to specific products, categories, or brands for this customer group. Depending on your choice, an additional field will appear, allowing you to make the relevant selections.
* **All Products:** When **All Products** is selected, the pricing will apply to all products available to the selected customer group.
* **Products:** When **Specific Products** is selected, an additional **Products** field will appear, allowing you to select the specific products to which you want to apply the price adjustment.\

Clicking or typing in the field will bring up a list of your products to select from.

* **Categories:** When **Specific Categories** is selected, an additional **Categories** field will appear, allowing you to select the specific categories to which you want to apply the price adjustment.\
\ Leave the field blank if you do not want to apply it to any categories.
* **Brands:** When **Specific Brands** is selected, an additional **Brands** field will appear, allowing you to select the specific brands to which you want to apply the price adjustment.\
\ Leave the field blank if you do not want to apply it to any brands.
*** {% endstep %} {% step %} #### Save Click to apply the group pricing. The pricing will show in the **Customer's Group Pricing** list.
{% endstep %} {% endstepper %} *** {% hint style="warning" %} Take care to avoid conflicting pricing rules, since the system will apply the first eligible rule in the list when you create a sales order. For example, if you have a 10% discount on all products listed before a 50% discount on selected items, the system will apply the 10% discount. {% endhint %} *** ### Editing Customer Group Pricing {% stepper %} {% step %} Select the group:
1. Select **Customers** from the main menu. 2. Go to the **Groups** tab. 3. Click on the group you'd like to edit the pricing for. The **Edit Group Pricing** form will open.
