# Customer Requests
Customers can request to connect with your business in Supply’d, making it easier to establish trading relationships, reduce manual data entry, and keep customer information connected.
**Customer Requests** allow you to manage connection requests from customers who are already using Supply’d. These requests provide a simple way to establish a trading relationship between businesses without requiring you to manually create a customer record. From the **Customer Requests** section, you can review incoming requests and choose whether to accept or decline them.
This document will guide you through the **Requests** page and explain how to manage connection requests from potential customers.

## The Requests Page
The **Requests** page provides a central location to view and manage customer connection requests. From here, you can review requests from potential customers, view their company details, and accept or decline requests, allowing you to quickly manage new customer relationships and grant access as needed.

The number of active requests you currently have will be indicated by the number in the red circle at the top right of the **Requests** tab.

Selecting a company from the list will open its details, allowing you to review the information and accept or decline the connection request.

## Responding to Connection Requests

#### Go to the Requests Tab
1. Select **Customers** from the main menu.
2. Go to the **Requests** Tab.

#### Click on the Customer
Click on a company to review their information and accept or decline the connection request.
Click to connect with the customer, or **Reject** if you do not wish to establish a connection.
You will be asked to confirm.
Click .
Once approved, the customer will appear in the **Customers** tab and will be connected to your Supply’d account. You can then access their customer record and begin trading with them through Supply’d.
