Shippit

Shippit simplifies shipping by integrating with Australian carriers, offering live quotes, cheapest carrier selection, and label management.

Integrating Shippit with Supply’d allows you to streamline your shipping and delivery process by automatically syncing your orders, delivery details, and tracking information between the two systems. This integration helps save time, reduce manual data entry, and ensures accurate and efficient order fulfilment from start to finish.

This document will guide you through:


Connecting to Shippit

Go to Settings

Click on your company name in the top right and select Settings.

Select Integrations

Scroll down and select Integrations from the Settings menu.

Click Add+

Click on Add + in the top right.

The Add Integration page will show.

Click Shippit

Click on the Shippit logo (as circled above).

The Shippit Connect form will open.

Complete the Form

Integration Name* [required field]

A unique integration name for this Shippit integration. This is only used as a reference for this integration for your account.

API Key* [required field]

Enter your Shippit API key. This can be found in your Shippit account under Settings > Integrations.

Click Connect

Click .

The Shippit Settings screen should appear.

The list of additional integrations will vary based on the third-party platforms you’ve connected to Supply’d.

If the Shippit Settings page doesn't appear:

  1. Click on your name in the top right corner, and select Settings.

  2. Scroll down and select Integrations.

  3. Select Shippit from the Integrations list.

You can also follow these steps if you need to make changes to the settings at a later date.

Complete the sections as follows:

Shippit Settings

Integration Name* [required field]

A unique integration name for this Shippit integration. This is only used as a reference for this integration for your account.

API Key* [required field]

Enter your Shippit API key. This can be found in your Shippit account under Settings > Integrations.

Sync Supply'd Orders?

Toggle on to sync Supply'd orders to Shippit.

Sync Historical Supply'd Orders

Whether or not to send historical Supply'd orders to Shippit. Select No if you would only like to send future orders to Shippit. Select Yes or No from the drop-down.

To define which Supply'd orders should be sent to Shippit, update your Shipping Rules accordingly. Supply'd orders will only sync for the defined shipping rules. Please save your Shippit settings before configuring/updating your shipping rules.

Sync [Channel]

Toggle on to sync [Channel] - [Integration] orders to Shippit.

We are using Shopify here as the example.

Sync Historical [Channel] Orders

Whether or not to send historical [Channel] orders to Shippit. Select No if you would only like to send future orders to Shippit.

Sync [Channel] Orders To

Where to map [Channel] orders in Shippit. Selecting where to map orders to will send all orders from this channel to Shippit. You can choose Define Manually and use import rules to define how specific orders should be sent to Shippit. These rules will need to be configured in the specific integration rules.

Sync Other Platforms

For other platforms, such as, WooCommerce, Square etc. that you would like to sync, toggle on and complete the fields as explained above.

Click Save

Click to add the Shippit integration.


Configuring Shipping Rules

To utilise Shippit with specific shipping rules see the Shipping Zones & Rules document.


Editing the Shippit Integration

If you like to edit the Shippit integration:

Click on your company name in the top right corner and select Settings from the menu.

Scroll down and select Integrations.

Select Shippit from the Integrations list. The Shippit Settings page will open.

Update any details required following the guidelines above for Connecting to Shippit.

Click to update the settings.


Disconnecting from Shippit

If you like to disconnect from Shippit:

Click on your company name in the top right corner and select Settings from the menu.

Scroll down and select Integrations.

Select Shippit from the Integrations list.

Click on the 3 dots in the top right corner and select Remove Integration.

You will be asked to confirm.
